{POV Ryuu.}
The day began early for everyone in class 1-A as many of them were yawning with sleep heavy eyes, bed hair, while a couple had already fallen back asleep while standing.
"Did you really have to wake me this early, Aizawa?" I yawned while stretching as Aizawa was trying to hold back a yawn of his own.
"Nezu said if I needed help, all I had to do was ask," Aizawa smiled slightly. "Besides, weren't you already up."
I just nodded my head as I continued to stretch. "Yeah, he did mention something like that in the notes."
Aizawa continued to smile as he greeted the class, saying that they were going to begin a round of reinforcement training. He even went on to say the key mission of this trip was to increase everyone's abilities as a whole.
"This is all in preparation for live-action hostility and aggression from an enemy, so prepare your hearts and minds." Aizawa finished as he threw a very familiar ball we used during the physical strength test at the beginning of the year to Bakugou.
I had a relaxed smile on my face as I saw the calm yet challenging look in Bakugou's eyes as Aizawa reminded everyone about his past record. Some of the class started to get excited cheering Bakugou on.
Bakugou didn't seem fazed, but when he heard Uraraka's voice I noticed a slight smile form on his face as started to loosen up. Bakugou's smile then turned fierce before he threw the ball and yelled.
"Drop Dead!"
Nobody was fazed when Bakugou yelled out, not even Aizawa, but when they heard the massive explosion of multiple sound barriers breaking everyone changed.
Aizawa was stunned but when he looked at the device for measuring the throw he had to tap its screen because he thought it was broken. Some of the class had looks of horror on their faces while others cheered Bakugou on. All the while Bakugou had a slight frown on his face as it looked like he thought he could've done better.
It took a little bit for everyone to calm down but when Aizawa read out Bakugou's reading some couldn't help but mutter out in surprise.
"3,500 meters…"
Aizawa slowly read out loud Bakugou's reading again as he slowly turned to face me with a look of confusion and surprise on his face.
"Come on Bakugou, those are rookie numbers. You gotta pump them up, bro," I joked with Bakugou as I finished stretching before looking at Aizawa. "You'll be surprised when you see Mezo's score. He's got a very solid and heavy punch."
Aizawa continued to look at me with a surprised look before sighing and shaking his head as he started to explain the rest of what the training that they would be doing would be to upgrade their quirks.
Aizawa immediately started to dish out special training programs for the class, but when he skipped those that trained with me he just pointed to me and said that I was responsible for their training.
Tsuyu seemed to be really happy as a large smile formed on her face. While the others had looks of varying degree.
I smiled as I shook my head.
"Don't worry I won't make you do anything too extreme. Just partner up and do a normal routine spar at eighty percent." the others all released a sigh of relief which made me release a chuckle while waving them off.
I ended up sparring with Tsuyu as she seemed to be rather eager to train with me. I was of the same mindset before I had to dodge a tongue to the face.
It was a very quick attack that was followed with a punch to my gut that made me step to the side to avoid. Tsuyu then quickly followed with a quick yet fierce kick to my ribs that she was able to land with a decent blow.
The smile on Tsuyu's face was lovely as she continued her onslaught of attacks. Every one of them was fierce, precise, and deadly with enough force. We had multiple others from the class who stopped and watched in shock. Even Aizawa stopped to watch from time to time.
But when the students from class 1-B showed up and saw the training we were doing their jaws dropped. The look on their faces seemed as if they were watching a horror flick.
Then when the Wild, Wild, Pussycats showed up everyone stopped as they watched their awesome introduction. I clapped to show my support as it was a very good group hero pose.
Tiger definitely pulled it all together.
Everyone then started to be separated into their own groups as they all started to begin different arrays of training. Some were lite, normal, intense, violent, and personal for some. But when there was an hour left for training Aizawa spoke up and surprised everyone.
"Alright there is an hour left before training is over and done with," Aizawa waved for everyone to gather around with a serious look. "For this last hour of training, we will be playing a little game called King of the Hill."
I felt that something was off as Aizawa and all the members of the Wild, Wild, Pussycats started to stare at me with a smile.
Well this should be fun. And are you sure that's a good idea, Aizawa? I'll make sure not to crush them too much… I wonder how many will be able to walk back to eat later?
"Alright and for the King we will have Ryuu here as the target," Aizawa smirked slightly as he handed me a pair of flags. "Anyone who is able to take one of these flags will be given extra time in the hot springs. Now everyone, try to take the flags."
There was a brief pause before a large portion of the students bolted forward like a launched arrow. Some even seemed to be partnered up in order to help and complement the other. There were even some that didn't move at all as they seemed to be thinking of a strategy in order to get the flags.
I just stood still with my hands behind my back as I released my war domain with thirteen percent of my war energy. Every single student who charged forward stumbled or tripped.
Those that partnered up and those that tried to come up with a strategy were able to stand but the look of struggle on their faces showed that they were having a hard time.
I did have to dodge and move slightly as there were still a decent amount of the students who were able to still move through my war domain. I just used the time trying to improve my Flickr Steps technique for the entire hour before Aizawa called out saying that it was over.
"Well that was fun Aizawa, let's do it again tomorrow." I smiled as I handed Aizawa back the flags.
Aizawa had a tired smile on his face as he sighed and took the flags. "Sure why not, it's actually a good way to help them with training."
"Alright then I'll be glad to help, have fun with dinner as I'm going to go get mine," I said with a nod as I started to head to the forest. "I'll be back late as it's been a while since I've gone hunting, but first."
I surprised Tsuyu with a quick kiss on her cheek leaving behind a flickering image as I headed into the forest with a smile.
Ah finally I get to hunt or at least catch some wild animals. It's been a while since I've cooked over a fire… I should invite Mei, Tsuyu, and Toga on a camping trip. Maybe they'll enjoy a night under the stars.
It wasn't long before I was able to catch a few plump rabbits with ease. I was even able to spot a couple deer on my way to the meeting location as I committed their location to memory as I would hunt them next.
Stain was meditating when I arrived at the location. I left him alone as I started to make a fire, skin, degut, and clean my dinner. I started to have a feeling of nostalgia when I skewered a couple rabbits and started to slowly roast them over an open flame. The only thing I was a little unhappy about was that I didn't bring any seasoning.
It didn't take long for Stain to awaken from his meditation as he slowly walked over as I handed him one of the finished rabbits with a grin.
Stain even offered to have a lite spar after we were both done eating as I nodded my head with a smile.
Stain didn't even wait as he attacked with a very quick draw from one of his knives only to cut through my flickering image only to barely absorb a cross to his face.
We both just smiled as we continued to trade blows with each other, increasing the intensity as the time went on…
"When do you think the others are going to arrive, it's almost time for the meeting, right?" Stain asked as he finished his last bite of his second rabbit with a large smile on his face.
"Hopefully soon as I didn't hunt enough rabbits for all of them. Plus your ability really is quite the terrifying one Stain," I shrugged as I smiled. "It's almost like the effect of my war domain but you need blood."
Stain smiled as he laughed before rubbing his side. "I never expected someone would be able to still move after, normally they just become paralyzed. You on the other hand are just a monster."
"True, and it seems our guests have arrived," I smiled as I slowly stood to my feet. "Well hello ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the wonderful forest of wonders. Care to join us."
I greeted our four newcomers with a relaxed smile as they slowly started to bring themselves into the glow of the fire revealing their appearance.
Well at least one of them is happy it seems. That and whoever designed their outfits could have done a way better job.
