A Bet Between The Two

Susan pursed her lips. "Darling, it's been a few years. I didn't expect you to still not know how beautiful you are."

"How about we make a bet? If you lose, you'll treat me to dinner later. If I lose, I'll treat you to dinner."

The stake Susan mentioned was not a lot, so Diana did not decline.

"Alright, if you want to play, I'm good with that. But how are you going to go about getting the answer?" Dana looked at Susan in confusion.

After she said that, Susan winked at her. Then she stood up, adjusted her clothes, and walked straight towards the man who was wailing.

The injured man was rubbing his scalded leg and frantically urging the waiter to call the ambulance.

"I feel like my leg is about to break. It hurts!" The man kept wailing. At the same time, dense sweat appeared on his forehead. They gathered together and trickled down his face.
