When Feng Li and Yu Xin returned to their cave, Yu Xin asked suspiciously,

"You are going to sleep with me right?"

Feng Li laughed, "Yes, boss bunny."

"Are you sure?"

"Yes, I am.", replied Feng Li, as he took off his clothes and got ready for bed.

Yu Xin blushed, watching him, and asked, "Why do you keep calling me that?"

Feng Li smiled, "You're my dear bunny boss."

He was a little surprised at how bold he sounded, but ignored it.

Yu Xin stared at him, speechlessly.

Feng Li didn't seem to notice his reaction and went ahead and lay down to sleep.

Yu Xin, who was still embarrassed by what Feng Li had said, followed him, not saying another word.

Feng Li patted the place beside him and told him, "Come here. You better sleep properly today, otherwise you'll be tired in the morning."

Yu Xin looked at him and slowly walked over, lying next to him.

Feng Li put an arm around Yu Xin's waist, and pulled him closer, pressing him against his body.

Yu Xin stiffened for a moment, before relaxing again, resting his head on Feng Li's chest, listening to his heartbeat.

Feng Li stroked his hair gently, feeling relaxed.

The two of them stayed like this for a long time, enjoying each other's company.

After some time passed, Feng Li finally closed his eyes and fell asleep.

Yu Xin watched him fall asleep, and then he too, fell into a deep slumber.

The next morning, when Feng Li woke up, he found that Yu Xin was already awake.

Yu Xin noticed that Feng Li had woken up and greeted him, "Good morning."

Feng Li smiled and responded, "Good morning."

Yu Xin was a little happy and hugged him, tightly.

Feng Li laughed and replied, "What? Are you missing me already?"

Yu Xin shook his head.

"I'm just glad that you slept well last night."

Feng Li nodded and smiled.

"You were worried about me, huh?"

Yu Xin nodded.

Feng Li laughed softly and rubbed Yu Xin's head.

Yu Xin pouted and hit him playfully.

The two of them spent some time together in bed before getting dressed and going out to get something to eat.

When they came out of the cave, Feng Ming and Xu were already eating breakfast.

Feng Li sat down next to his brother, and started eating.

Xu watched him carefully and asked, "Your Majesty, are you okay?"

Feng Li nodded.

"Yes, I'm fine. Thank you."

After that, everyone continued to eat in silence.

When they finished eating, Feng Li got up from the table and looked at Yu Xin, "Are you done?"

Yu Xin nodded.

Feng Li turned to Xu, "Let's go, we have things to discuss."

Xu stood up and followed Feng Li out of the cave.

While walking, Feng Li stated, "Xu, I guess I have to go to Rabbit clan to investigate now. And if the person is really there, he would be very nervous and uneasy."

"But I don't think he'll be easy to deal with. He might try to run away or hide.", said Xu, thoughtfully.

Feng Li shook his head, "Do you think it was too easy to find him? It's like that person is deliberately giving us hints."

Xu frowned, "That's true, but..."

Feng Li interrupted him, "Don't worry, I know what you're thinking. If anything happens, I'll come back immediately."

"Alright, Your Majesty."

Feng Li left the cave after talking to Xu and went to where Yu Xin was staying.

He found him sitting on the ground, staring blankly into space.

Yu Xin noticed that Feng Li had entered the cave, and looked at him, startled.

Feng Li smiled and asked, "What are you doing here all alone? You should be eating, not wasting your time by yourself."

Yu Xin shook his head.

"I'm not hungry. I want to wait for you."

Feng Li sat down beside him and took Yu Xin's hand in his.

Yu Xin held his hand tightly, looking at him nervously.

"Did you say anything to me when I was asleep yesterday? Or did you do anything else?", asked Feng Li.

Yu Xin shook his head again.

"I didn't do anything."

Feng Li laughed, "You don't need to lie to me."

"I'm serious. I just slept with you, that's all. Nothing else.", Yu Xin replied, honestly.

Feng Li raised an eyebrow.

"Really? Then why are you so nervous? Is it because of the person who used to bully you?"

Yu Xin sighed and lowered his head.

"I'm sorry, Feng Li. I should've told you earlier."

Feng Li caressed his cheek gently, smiling warmly.

"It's okay. You were just afraid. But don't worry about it anymore. I'll make sure that person won't hurt you ever again.", he reassured.

Yu Xin felt touched by his words and hugged Feng Li tightly.

"That person is Zhang Xi. He always bullied me. And I tried to ignore it, but he became worse and even threatened me once."

"I was scared and couldn't tell anyone because I was scared that I would make Father and Dad sad. And also, if the situation escalated, then I'd be blamed too."

"So, I kept quiet. And even if someone found out, they wouldn't believe it. So, I had to endure it."

Feng Li frowned and held Yu Xin in his arms.

"You don't have to be afraid anymore. I promise you that I'll protect you from now on. No one will hurt you again."

"Thank you, Feng Li.", whispered Yu Xin, hugging him tightly.

Even though Yu Xin shared his experience with bullying, he still didn't share one thing. His life was once in danger, because of Zhang Xi.

After calming down, Feng Li said, "Yu Xin, I have to go to Rabbit clan for further investigation."

Yu Xin was shocked.

"You can't go! What if something happens to you?"

Feng Li smiled softly, "Don't worry. Nothing bad is going to happen. I'm just going to see whether the suspect is really there or not. After finding him, I'll return immediately."

"But..."

Feng Li interrupted him, "And don't worry, It's my in-law's place, right?"

Yu Xin blushed, "Y..Yes, it is."

Feng Li laughed and kissed him on the forehead.

"Then you don't have to worry. I'll be back soon."

Yu Xin pouted, "Can I come with you?"

Feng Li shook his head, "No, it's too dangerous. Stay here and wait for me."

Yu Xin's little temperament rose, as he glared at Feng Li.

"I'm not a child anymore!"

Feng Li smiled gently, "I know that. But I just want to keep you safe."

Yu Xin stared at him angrily and then turned away.

Feng Li chuckled and pulled him closer.

"Come on, don't be angry. I'm just worried about you."

"Mhm.", mumbled Yu Xin.

Feng Li leaned forward and kissed his cheek gently.

"Let me go with you, ok? please...pretty please.", pleaded Yu Xin coquettishly.

Feng Li sighed, "Fine, but only this time."

Yu Xin smiled happily and hugged him tightly.

"Thank you, Feng Li!"

Feng Li smiled and patted his head affectionately.

He was happy that Yu Xin trusted him so much but he was also afraid of losing him.

But he knew that he had to take care of these issues first before he could relax and rest peacefully.
