A tight hold.
Brace yourself and look out
Start from our strange meeting
One that marked our paths meet
Talk of the great and beautiful scenery
One to soothe all life kind
Leaving off all status differences
Talk of the good dates out
Where laughter was a part of our faces
Chats becoming our true friends
And hotels our lovely homes
One's that never missed our company
Holding out our warm breathes
Not day or be it night
For it was a tight hold.
Coming near to you all the time
Stretching my arms all out
As though a pulling force
You come to lay beside me
Curling yourself in my small chest
As though it's your only world
One you fear to lose in life
For who knows what tomorrow holds
It's what you say with a smile on your face
One that leaves my body cells at risk
For they stand guard of your warmth not
As it's a surface's tight hold.
With every step towards me
You walk calmly but steady
With a pure smile on the face
Talking to my heart in silence
Making it beat abnormally
For one to think am frightened
Yet it's the pure gladness of my cells
As they are to fill your closeness
When you lay calmly in my chest
Leaving them a picture of the world.
