Joshua did not really know how he got into this situation.

"You don't need to do something this reckless! Look at you! You are so pale!"

"Look, mom-"

"Hush! Just lie down on the bed. I will make some porridge for you. Tiara, make sure your brother did not leave his bed, okay? He has a habit of leaving his bed even when he is sick."

Tiara sits on her brother's lap while playing with her phone.

The tower is something that represents destruction and opportunity. Destruction is from the monster spawned from it and opportunity because it can make you stronger. For every monster you kill, a small amount of the life force inside the monster is transferred into your body.

Right now, Eka thinks that Joshua has already reached the stage of B-rank Blessed One and is on its way to reaching the stage of A-rank Blessed One. Sadly, he is wrong. Joshua has already reached the stage of B-rank and is almost reaching the stage of A-rank in terms of physical prowess.

"Should we send someone to watch him, sir?"

"Hmmm? No. Just make sure all of his hunts and items that he sells to us are written down to the T. I want to watch his growth."

"Of course, sir."

"Good. So, what's next?"

"Laudia and Rachel are currently visiting Joshua in the hospital, and the last thing is that should I offer him an expedition spot?"

Eka smiles a little at the thought of the money that the guild will get from this single operation. The government guild has had a bad reputation lately. The reason? Corruption. Too many staff decide to scam the Blessed One, who decides to sell their loot to the guild.

They decide to use a government payment excuse to charge the Blessed One more than necessary. Eka and his staff try their hardest to ensure that all the staff in Eka jurisdiction are honest and will not try to do something like that.

Because of that, the Jakarta Government Guild is a well-known honest guild in this country. Many Blessed One decide to sell their goods to the guild instead of the open market because of their hard work.

Because many Blessed One sold their goods to them, the guild income increased considerably. However, even with that many Blessed One selling their loot to them, they still barely cover the fund for maintaining all the buildings and other things.

However, with this massive loot, they can finally get some upgrades and give bonuses to the people who deserve it. You might ask why government guilds have a short end of funding. Well, the answer is Politics and Corruption.

Eka looks out of the window and is already thinking about the upgrade that he wants to purchase.
