Long Due Silent

"We cannot spend the rest of our life here, we need to move on from what happened and think about what we should do next?" She said tearing that long due silence, putting words into her feelings and making it louder. 

Lanark didn't even look at her, he kept silent, maybe he was looking for the words to express everything that was going inside him. But sometimes words are not enough to show your pain, your feeling or how much you are hurt, in those moments silence is more expressive than the words. But for how long? This silence has to end, this non-reaction has to end, you just have to choose when?
