Trying to Sneak Out

The man holds one hand between his leg, trying to stop the bleeding, and with the other hand his penis, trying to sneak out, but as she sees him, she jumps towards him, catches his neck from behind and puts her arm around his neck. He struggled and tried to throw her away, but she kept putting pressure on his neck, and when she felt comfortable, she just softly ran the knife through his neck. 

A fountain of blood started flowing from his neck, his penis fell from his hand, and both of his hands went toward his neck trying to contain the blood that was flowing through his neck, but it was already too late, first, he slowly fell to his knees and then laid down on the ground.
