When we got back to the Palace I sent for Iris to join myself, Cloud, Apollo and Ezekiel in our chambers to discuss what we had found at Henry's penthouse. We were all seated in the sunroom, Cloud was on my lap and had changed out of his suit into a cotton tracksuit.

He insisted he could sit on the couch but I just wanted him close to me for as long as possible. I constantly sniffed his hair which made him giggle and rested my chin on top of his head as he snuggled against me. Blue and Rain were in their baby seats playing with their toys.

Iris unlike the rest of us did not look as stressed as we were. In fact she had not stopped smiling ever since she found out Gino would be staying in the Palace for the time being. I did not even have time to finish my sentence as she immediately insisted he were to stay in her chambers to be extra safe.
