Teenager as a man

"How does my lips taste?" He asked with that sexy grin of his. She shrugged. "You blood is what I tasted" she stated, punching him earlier caused a cut by the side of his lips. "Stop acting like you are mental and get off me" she instructed.

"I won't" he concluded and lowered himself on her, his body a little pressed on hers. She stared into his eyes as if searching for something. Why was he doing all this?

"Okay.... Okay, I'm sorry, I shouldn't have punched your face. You can tell me what's wrong, I'd listen"

Daniel looked at her for a while, wondering how she knew something was wrong. "I never said something's wrong" he said with a hint of sadness in his tone of speaking. She looked at him in disbelief.

"Okay, get off me. I'm uncomfortable" she said but he didn't make a move. She tried tickling him but it wasn't working, everyone has a tickle spot. She went up above his abdomen and played her fingers against it. As expected or as wished, he laughed and went off her. She smiled in victory and sat up with confidence.

Daniel knew he'd lost so he gave up on going on top of her.

"How did you do that?" He asked still laughing but slowly he stopped.

She turned to him with a grin. "I don't know... Maybe I've got magic in my hands"

Daniel stared at her for a while before looking away.

"So what's wrong?" She asked.

Daniel sighed. "If I ever ask you that same question you wouldn't give me a reason so nothing is wrong" he forced a smile.

Lucy understands, she doesn't like talking about her problems to people how does she expect others to talk about theirs to her.

"Okay" she replied. "But being too angry causing you to damage things and almost my face is really so very wrong. Stop doing that" she sounded like she was lecturing him.

"You punched your boss's face and pulled his hair" he said, indirectly asking if that wasn't wrong.

"And the boss brought me back to his room by ordering his men to carry me like I'm a heavy thing or something which is wrong" she almost yelled, they weren't gazing at each other but when she glared at him, he turned her way.

"You wouldn't have answer me if I'd called you back" he said and that was a fact.

She kept mute knowing it was true.

"Lucy..." He called her attention again, she turned to him with a look saying go ahead.

"Can I kiss you?"

His question wasn't what she expected. "No" was her simple reply, she couldn't believe she was refusing a kiss from Daniel the hot guy. She turned back to him to see him leaning closer, seems he didn't hear her clearly. She hit the hand that was resting on the bed behind her which was giving support to lean closer.

"Ahh" he frowned. "You aren't fired you hear me" he said leaning back and sitting casually.

She didn't give him a reply and stands up but he pulled her back and leaned closer to her. "You hear me?" He asked in a whisper. She looked away, she's stubborn God! "I won't destroy things and wouldn't try to spoil your face again" he said as if making a promise to her. She looked at his face that was close to her. She smiled. "Okay" she shrugged with her brows up. He leaned more closer with his gaze on her lips and it's written in his eyes he wanted to press his lips on hers.

She gently pushed him off. "I told you no." She said.

"I wasn't going to" he replied, she knew it's a lie and he also knew it was a lie made by him. He wanted to kiss her wildly and make her beg for more. Lucy stood up and turned to him. "I have to go now" she informed him before going to get her bag. She attempted to open the door but it was still locked, she turned to him and without speaking he stood up and went to unlock it with his fingerprint. Wow! Lucy offered a smile before leaving his room and headed to the kitchen to make him dinner.

When she was done, neither Natasha and Sofia wanted to go call their Master, they were scared and were shaking. He isn't a monster.

Lucy assured them it's okay but still they refused and insisted she goes. He doesn't make any dangerous move on her. Well, that's what they thought. If only they knew but they were right, he doesn't yell at her that's how lucky she is.

She agreed and went to his room to find him, he had changed to a white T-shirt and a black trouser. He had his hands in his pocket and was staring at the window. Something was really bothering him. She went closer to him and he didn't notice her presence, means he was buried in his thoughts.

To her surprise, he turned around and met her shocked gaze, he gave a questioning look with one of his brows arched.

She faked a smile. "It's dinner.... it's ready" wait why was she talking like this? She shook her head and brought her hand back to her that she was using to point at the door.

"But..."

"Yeah, they are scared to come calling so I did, please be nice to your workers" she pleaded but he only averted his gaze from her to the door as if hating that idea. He left his room, she followed from behind, while he headed to the dinning room she went to get her bag and greeted him good night before leaving for home.

The next evening, he never returned home, Lucy tried calling him but got no response he's got men so nothing bad could happen to him. She headed home instead and then Saturday arrived, the day before going to the orphanage with Eric, she looked forward to that day because she wanted to spend time with the man who doesn't know how to use his power.

Daniel arrived in the morning with his head throbbing, he managed to get to his room and lay on the bed helplessly. Lucy the fearless lady went to his room with a cup of coffee. When he saw her, he sat up and accepted the coffee. Taking sips he stared into space without speaking. What's bothering him so much? She wondered.

"Are you okay?" She asked breaking the not so awkward silence.

He nodded still staring into space.

"You weren't home last night" she said requesting for a reason.

He nodded.

"Why?" She finally asked.

He turned to her and shrugged.

Lucy became frustrated, her bad for caring... She stands up but he pulled her down to sit back down. When she was seated, his hand was still holding hers so she pulled it off her. He turned to her and smiled widely before pulling off the rubber band that was tying her hair.

"You look better with your hair down" he said.

She took the rubber band from him before staring at his face. "You don't wanna tell me what's wrong with you?" She asked.

He nodded.

"Okay I understand" she said and also looked into space.

"Who's Eric to you?" She asked, he turned to her with a questioning gaze.

"You know him?"

She nodded. "We met once" she said not attempting to tell him how and when or what caused their meeting, it wasn't necessary.

"He's my best friend from childhood" he said.

"And Michael?"

Hearing that question he recalled Micheal telling him he'd met the Lucy he's so full of. Why was she asking? Is she interested in them?

"We are all best friends. Our Dads are business partner so we attended the same school from elementary we became close friends." He explained.

She nodded thoughtfully. "What a good friendship. I love that"

"Yeah, are you interested in any of them?" He asked, he didn't want her to admire his friends only him.

She turned to him and smiled, the person she was interested in is Eric....

"So Eric, how does he behaves?" She asked. "Is he like you?" Why was she asking? She knew that man wasn't like Daniel at all but getting more information about him wasn't bad and he mentioned earlier they've been friends for a long time.

"No... Not at all. Eric is more like a child than a man... He doesn't behave his age at all" he said fighting back to laugh. "Are you perhaps interested in him?"

"No not really but he's attractive there's no harm in admiring right?"

He nodded in approval but didn't like the fact that she's admiring his best friend. "What about me? Do you find me attractive?"

"Yes, I do"

"Do you want me then?" He asked, she looked at him and smiled, meaning she wasn't sure. She looked away and they became silent again.

"How old are you?" She asked without looking his way.

"31, you?"

"I'm 26"

"And then you act like you are older" he laughed, she did too.

"What about Michael and Eric?"

"Michael.. 28 and Eric... 30. I'm the oldest" he smiled at her.

"You behave like one" she said which was right and because he's older he's being pressured more.

He nodded thoughtfully before taking a sip of his coffee.

Lucy kept pondering about Eric. So he's a thirty years old man and behaves like a teenager. She's disappointed in him. He's so handsome and then wasting his gift. Crazy man! She shook her head.
