Surprising the one who was shouting was the same Dark-Skinned bald man who brought the soldiers to catch Inori. He miraculously survived even when shot in the chest.
When Primis, Inori, and Shu left, the soldiers who were on the stand-up realized something was wrong since they didn't receive any response even when they called. Hence, they charged at the warehouse only to find everyone dead. But when they checked the Dark-Skinned Bald Man, they could feel his weak pulse and realized that he was still alive.
Then they gave him some emergency treatment and he survived.
He had just woken up a few minutes ago and was shouting furiously till then. Doctors who were currently giving him treatment, already got used to it and were just doing their work silently.

At this moment, one soldier walked in and gave a military salute to the Dark-Skinned Bald man.
Soldier 1: Preparations are done, Sir.

Sound of footsteps were heard as a man walked up to the platform.
He was a fairly tall man with a lean yet well-built physique, light colored skin, long blond hair and blue eyes, almost looking that he was of european descent. He was wearing an attire consisted of black pants, shoes, and shirt, with a long coat, being black with a red middle strip.

Inori: Gai.
Looking at the person named Gai, Inori relaxed her guard and walked to him.
While they were having conversation, Primis looked around and saw many people around the lights pointed their Guns at them.
???: That's Fyu-Neru, right? Give it back!
Shu: Uh...Ah....
Looking back, Primis saw a girl of average height with black-hime cut hairstyle and grayish-blue eyes in front of Shu. Without waiting for Shu's answer, she grabbed Fyu-Neru saying it was hers and walked away. Primis also saw her wearing an electronic headband that resembled "neko" ears.
'Primis: So far, not many changes appeared in the plot.'
At this time, Gai and Inori approached them.
Gai: Ouma Shu and.................. Erste Herrscher?

Primis then saw Gai and others along with Shu hurriedly existing the area. Once they were gone, he put his hands in his jacket's pockets before turning and walking away.
For now, he had no intention of affiliating with them.
After he turned and walking into an alley, space wrapped behind him as Ophis and Scáthach walked out.
Ophis: Was it 'him'?
That was the first thing Ophis asked. For Primis to even forcefully sent her into his pocket universe meant the enemy was someone even she can't defeat. And there was only one she had seen so far.
Primis: Yes, it was 'that' being.

Scáthach hair stood on the end as Ophis released a bit of her killing intent.
