Sakura: Hahahahahahahahaha...
Sakura was laughing loudly while hiding her face in Primis chest.
Pausing for a second, she glanced back and started laughing again while burying her head in Primis embrace again.
On the other hand, Primis could only hug Sakura and pat her head while showing a wry expression at the spectator in front.
In front of them, stood the eight "Witches of Sins". There appearance was though, let's just say not that good.
All of them had bump on their head. Blackish purple eyes, tattered clothes, completely covered in dust and many more. You can say they appeared more of beggars that the so-called might Witches.
No wonder Sakura couldn't hold back her laugh.
Beatrice: M-Mama, are you alright?
Asked Beatrice worriedly.
Echidna: I would be if Prime would have explained more about the "Stairway to Heavens" in details.
She replied while pouting and glaring at Primis.
Other witches were also glaring at Primis as if agreeing with Echidna.
Sighing, Primis spoke.
Primis: I told you it won't be easy.
Minerva: But you never said our powers will be suppressed.
Typhon: Exactly. Because of that I failed to punish bad guys.
Daphne: And I failed to eat "delicacies".
Sighing again, Primis picked a cup of tea that Ophis present to him. After taking a sip, he spoke.
Primis: In the "Stairway to Heavens", no matter how strong a person is. They all will have to start from the first floor. Only once you have cleared that floor, could one proceed to next one. Then next and next.
Sekhmet: Does that mean we have start all over again every time?
Primis: No. Once you cleared a floor completely then next time you can choose which floor you want to enter. Of course, you can only choose the ones you have cleared so far.
Carmilla: Y-You mean if w-we cleared 5 floors. Then w-when we will enter again, w-we can choose a-any of the floors between 1-5 as our s-starting p-point.
Primis: Correct.
Satella: Does it have anything to do with our powers being suppressed?
Primis: Yes. Every floor is connected to Leveling System.

Pandora: I suppose, you mean if we are stronger than our strength will be suppressed to that floor level.
Primis: Correct. And since you entered First floor, your strength was suppressed to Level 1.
Echidna: Does this restriction apply to everyone?
Primis: Everyone except for me since I am its creator and its two Guardians, Gaia and Alaya.
Others nodded at that.
Beatrice: Big Brother, you only explained till Floor 9, aren't there higher floors?
Primis: There are. Once someone will clear Floor 9, that person will be transferred to next tower.
Typhon: Next floor?
Primis: Yes. "Stairway to Heavens" is not a single tower. All the towers around it are not for show. Whether smaller or bigger, together they make this "Stairway to Heavens".
Sekhmet: In other words, we didn't enter the biggest tower which is in the middle but the smallest one of them.
Primis: To be more precise, second smallest. The first smallest only have one floor and that is for Level 0 beings.
Daphne: Level 0 Beings?
Pandora: I supposed, they are normal humans or races without any talent or future. Civilians in short.
Replied Pandora with the same smile on her face. Though its obvious from her tone she was looking down on them. Not that surprising since Pandora looked down on almost everyone except for Primis and those under him.
Primis: She is right.
Satella: Why do you create such a tower in the first place?
Primis: I still have some plans for it.
Nodding they didn't ask further.
Scáthach: My Lord, just how much bigger is a floor?
Primis: In Level System, Level 1 max being have the strength to destroy an entire city. Hence, Floor 1 is 10x bigger than earth.
Sakura: I know. I know. It means its bigger than Saturn but smaller than Jupiter.
Hearing this Primis smiled and pinched Sakura cute little nose.
Primis: Yup. My daughter is really smart.
Sakura: Ehehe.
Others also smiled a little while looking at Sakura. A minute later, Minerva asked.
Minerva: Prime, you only said Floor 1 is that big. What about other floors?
Primis: Floor 2 is 20x bigger, Floor 3 is 30x bigger, and so forth.
Scáthach: It's good then. We don't have to worry that someone will destroy or left a permanent damage to the floor once they will unleash their full power.
Ophis: And the Level restrictions will also prevent Higher Level beings from using more power that the current limit of that floor.
Beatrice: Mn. It's really a good place to become stronger.
Scáthach: Its true and.........
Pausing her, Scáthach gave a glance to witches and continued.
Scáthach: It also shows how much weaker you all are.
All Witches: .........…
Scáthach: You all have high strength, but your experience, knowledge, and control are still lacking. In case you fight someone, who have the same strength as yours but more experience or knowledge or control then it will be your loss.
Witches averted their eyes. They can't deny that. Since they were too strong in their world, whoever they fought would be defeated easily. Those who had the strength to challenge them and threat to them only appeared one or two times in front of them. Hence, it's not their fault that they were missing on that aspect.
Taking the last sip, Primis spoke.
Primis: Anyway, change your clothes and take some rest. Once you are ready, enter again.
Nodding they left and returned to "Multiverse Library". All except for Satella who made her way towards Primis and entered his Shadow.
Primis: Betty, where are Mew and Celebi?
Beatrice: Mew asked Mama about some sort of book. Hence, they both are also at "Multiverse Library" reading it right now.
Primis: I see. Let them be then.
Standing up, Primis pat Sakura head and spoke.
Primis: Papa need to take care of you a few things. So, play with Big Sister Beatrice for now.
Sakura: Mn.
Nodding Sakura rushed to Beatrice side. While she did so, Primis made his way to Moltres.
Reaching it, he brushed his hands through its soft and warm feathers. Moltres closed its eyes in content.
A minute later, Primis removed his hand and spoke.
Primis: You should enter the "Stairway to Heavens". It will help you greatly.
Hearing this, Moltres spread its huge wings and took a flight. It was rushing towards the tower.
As Primis was looking at Moltres, Ophis walked over to his side while Scáthach stood behind him as always.
Primis: We are done here for now.
Next, the space wrapped and all three left the "Pets" World.

Returning to where they were before, Primis looked at Inori who seemed to be still unconscious.
[She didn't wake till now.]
'Primis: Of course, she didn't. I pressed some of her pressure points to make sure she would remain unconscious.'
[Oh, that explains.]
Crouching down, he again pressed some points before his gaze fell on her phone whose backlight was blinking.
Taking it out he saw that there were more than fifty missed calls.
RING!!
RING!!
At this moment, another call came.
Without a second thought, he picked it.
Tsugumi: It's connected. Inori. Inori. Are you there?
When Primis was about to reply, he saw that Inori had woken up was looking attentively at his face since they were too close.
He was not the one who will get flustered by it. Hence, he calmly passed phone to her.
When he stood up, he couldn't have but raised one of brows noticing a slight red that had appeared on her face.
[Wow! Is she blushing!?]
'Primis: I wonder.'
He didn't bother replying and walked to some distance to let Inori had some privacies.
Though it was only for show since he could easy hear their talk even from the far distance.
Ophis: How's your progress with "Guilty Crown" going?
Primis: It's still at 0.01%.
Scáthach: But it's still moving isn't it, My Lord?
Primis: It is.
Then they turned silent and enjoyed the rest of peace.
A few minutes later, Inori approached.
Inori: Gai is asking me to return to the base.
Primis: I see. Then that's here we part ways.
Inori: He wants me to bring you along.
Primis: ...............

Primis was following Inori who was leading him from a secured underground passage.
After walking deeper, they came before a huge steel door.
She then went to the side and began inputting some series of numbers. A moment later, the door opened.
DRRR!!!!!!!!!!
'Primis: One way or another the World is making me to become affiliated with the main plot..............................…I hope the Will of the World have a prepared suitable gift of my liking once everything is done.'
