There is a truth that the world is not aware of i.e., the title Raiden Shogun didn't belong to one person but two people together. They were Makoto and Ei.
They were identical twin gods who lived during the time of the Archon War.
While Ei was a far more formidable warrior than the peaceful Makoto, Ei believed Makoto to be a better ruler for humanity. Hence, after prevailing and slaying all their rivals, Ei willingly sacrificed her body so Makoto could ascend to Celestia and become one of The Seven.
Yes, the very first Electro Archon was Makoto. Ei's twin sister.
After becoming the first Electro Archon, Makoto recreated Ei's body and made Ei her "Shadow Warrior" or body double. Though for the world there were not two, but one.
They complemented each other and ruled Inazuma justly, with all those living under their domain doing so in peace. And since Ei served Makoto's "Shadow Warrior", Makoto herself met with the original Seven from time to time in Liyue.
When governing Inazuma, Makoto presumably handled general affairs, while Ei would handle those that would require force.
But their peaceful life came to an end when a cataclysm occurred 500 years ago. To be more precise, 500 years prior to the start of the plot.
At that time, monsters began appearing across Inazuma and leaving mass trails of destruction in their wake.
At that time Makoto headed to a nation called Khaenri'ah alone without informing Ei. By the time Ei found Makoto in Khaenri'ah, she had already fallen unconscious in the ensuing battle and was dying.
Still, Ei was able to save part of her consciousness and moved it to a torii gate underneath the Grand Narukami Shrine.
However, there was one thing that even Ei didn't know. Before her physical death, Makoto had also imbued part of the Musou Isshin with her consciousness that would only awaken when Ei had used its full power.
Hence, the two things Primis took from the torii gate underneath the Grand Narukami Shrine and Musou Isshin were none other than the last two remaining parts of Makoto's consciousness.

'Primis: Oh, boy.'
Currently, Primis was rubbing his forehead in frustration as he realized that he almost lost control of his emotions from Lumine's words.
He also knew the reason why.
Primis only let his guard down when he was in his pocket Universes because he was its Creator and Ruler. Hence, no one could do anything against him there. Nevertheless, he still let himself relax a bit outside due to being surrounded by Ophis, Ais, Sheng Ming, Scathach, Witches of Sins, or to be more specific his members.
But ever since they all went to deep slumber because of his death and he also can't enter his pocket Universes, Primis had his guard up all this time. It increased even more when he came to know that even Beasts were after him now.
As a result, when he got a new member, he relaxed himself more than he anticipated which made Lumine catch him off guard.
Recognizing his mistake, Primis took a deep breath and regained his composure. His calm eyes were now looking at Lumine who was pouting cutely, red in anger while pointing her finger at the sleeping Makoto on the bed.
Primis: First, don't come to a conclusion on your own. And second…
Picking up the book, he started reading again.
Primis: No matter how big your breast would be, I have no interest in doing it with a little girl.
Lumine: Guh!
Hearing Primis' response, Lumine felt a stab in her chest.
Lumine: I am not a little girl. I am older than I look.
Eula: Really?

And after their confrontation with Sustainer of Heavenly Principles, Lumine had been sealed by her for over 500 years. So, in truth Lumine real age was in Hundreds or Thousands.
Still, even then she was still a little girl in Primis eyes. After all, compared to her, he had lived for Eons by now.
And for your information, one Eon is equal to 1 trillion years.
Eula's gaze also fell on Makoto who was sleeping soundly. Seeing her, she frowned and narrowed her eyes. In other time Eula would have felt disgusted at Primis started looking at him as if he was her nemesis. Yet, it's not the case here. Something was telling or warning her that the truth was different than what she was inferring.
While her thoughts were conflicting, Primis glanced at her direction and noticed something.
Eula was surrounded by some kind of transparent aura. The aura was not as simple as it appeared since it can't be seen by other humans, Adpeti, Archons and even Heavenly Principles.
And this was not the first time he had seen this. After all, Lumine and Paimon were also covered by the same.
Anyway, shaking her head, Eula decided to trust this strange feeling and addressed Primis.
Eula: Mr. Herrscher look more refreshed now. It seems you have rested well.
Primis: I do. Thank you for standing guard for me but I think you should leave now. As one of the Captains of Knights of Favonius you must have a lot of work in your hand.
Eula: You're right. I will take my leave now.
Bowing at Primis and Lumine, Eula departed.
Once she left, Primis returned his attention to the book.
Lumine: Mr. Erste, don't you have something to explain?
Primis: No.
At this Lumine's lips twitched as she again pointed her finger at Makoto.
Lumine: Who is she!?
Primis: My Maid.
'Primis: To be more exact, my Battle Maid.'
A dumbfounded expression appeared on Lumine's face as she continued asking.
Lumine: Are you sure? I never saw her once during our travels in all those years.
Primis: You do know.
Lumine: ...…
Veins appeared on her forehead as she tried her best not to get mad. By now, she knew that Primis had no intention to divulge further in this topic. Thus, she decided to let go. For now.
Lumine: So, when will she wake up?
Primis: Tomorrow.
Lumine: Oh. Ok.
Primis: Why don't you go down and ask the receptionist for a new room? Three people can't sleep in his room.
Lumine: I...will just sleep on the bed with her. It has enough space for two people.
Primis: Sorry to break your bubbles but it's not possible.
Lumine: Huh? Why?
Primis: Because she returned after completing a very difficult mission that I assigned her to. Hence, I want her to take a proper rest and not get disturbed.
Lumine: Is Mr. Erste saying I should sleep on my own in a different room alone!?

Sighing, Primis shook his head before turning his attention back to the book in his hand. It's not exactly a book though but a notebook where Primis was making notes for the things he needed, planned on creating and many more.
The things in it were also not easy to create, or we can say that they were at the borderline of impossible considering they required different different technologies, methods, techniques, energies, and so on to create just one of them.
As a result, it was filled with countless formulas, graphs, incomplete blueprints, and many other things.
Next, he opened his right hand as some wisps of blue flames appeared, gathered, condensed, and created a pen in his hand. Primis then started writing more things in his notebook.

Primis was finally done with what he wanted to do for now and put the notebook away.
"Primis: Abort Hibernation. Start the System."

Moving the notification window to the side, Primis looked at Makoto.
In normal scenario, she would have been awake by now after sorting her memories. However, Primis had transferred all of his tiredness and fatigue to her the moment she became his member. That's why Primis was completely refreshed while Makoto was still resting.

Moving his chair back, Primis stood up and made his way to the door.

Opening it, he turned and looked to his left.
There he saw Lumine sitting on the ground, leaning against the wall, and sleeping while hugging her knees.
Walking over to her, Primis picked her up in princess carry before turning and walking back into the room.
As if she already knew it was Primis, Lumine snug in a more comfortable position and wrapped her arms around his neck.

Closing the door, Primis returned to his chair with Lumine sleeping in his arms.
He looked outside of the window and thought.
'Primis: I wonder how Anemo Archon will react when he learns that Electro Archon is not only in Mondstadt but is also someone's maid.'
