CAKRADARA GROUP AND SAILENDRA GROUP

"When I was about to leave my grandmother to return to Indonesia, my grandmother told me a little about the state of my late grandfather's company which was then handed over to my dad,"

"Grandmother said that in the past our company was founded because of the cooperation of grandfather and his friends. But somehow because of one thing, the two friends were separated and had disagreements until they both founded two different companies on the same basis,"

"Each of them brought investors and small companies that followed them. And now the two companies are called Cakradara Group and Sailendra Group,"

Sabina began to tell the relationship between the two companies.

"Sailendra Group? I think I've heard that name before. But I forgot where I heard that name," Brian responded, "So you are the granddaughter of the Sailendra family?" continued Brian asked.

"Mmm, yes. My name is Sabina Putri Sailendra. The youngest daughter of Jerry Sailendra," answered Sabina, "I helped my dad and my brother in the company. So when you mention an idea like that, I refuse to accept it because your idea is the same as the idea I told my dad and my brother before I was in this situation," continued Sabina explaining.

"I understand your position although I don't know who the Sailendra family are. Maybe I'll know if I ask my dad and Bro Dannis," Brian said, "But sorry, I also can't accept if you feel I'm following the idea you had before. I even just shared this idea with you and have never heard of an idea like this from anyone else," Brian continued, calmly and hoped that Sabina would understand.

Sabina lowered her head.

"I think you're right, Brian," said Sabina.

"What do you mean?" Brian asked, raising an eyebrow.

"I think your idea came from your thoughts because I also only told my idea to my dad and my brother. But I'm not sure if the idea I said before has been spread or not by my dad or my brother,"

"If you want, just submit your idea to the Cakradara company for your company's latest innovation. Because like I said before, I have no relationship or business with our family or our company anymore."

"My life has been like this for 3 years. I gave up on going back to them even though we were still in the same city. I can't go back to them anymore with the way I am now, Brian."

Sabina burst into tears after revealing her helplessness.

"Shhh… you can't give up and be sad like this, Sabina. I won't submit my idea tomorrow if you don't allow it," Brian reassured Sabina.

"If that's the case then I will feel guilty for hindering your progress in the company. Isn't this your first assignment? And I believe that if you did come up with the idea yourself," Sabina rejected Brian's suggestion, "Just submit your idea to your family company. I'm sure they will like your idea," continued Sabina with a smile.

"Can't you just tell me what happened to you that you are like this and separated from your family?" Brian urges Sabina to reveal what happened to Sabina.

"I'm not ready to tell you about that scary thing yet. Besides, it's late and you have to get up on time tomorrow. I'm going out, and you go to sleep!" Sabina diverted Brian's question and quickly broke through the wall to avoid Brian.

"Sabina, come back! I won't rest easy if you hang up your story like this!" Brian spoke a little louder for Sabina to hear and came back. But Brian's words were not answered because Sabina still refused even though she listened to Brian's call.

Brian took a deep breath and headed for the bed. While Sabina was crying on the outside terrace with Miss K.

Hearing Miss K's laughter made Sabina smile sadly.

"Sometimes I just want to be like you. You always laugh like there is no burden in life at all," said Sabina in a sad tone, "But when I realized my stupid thoughts as well as reality, I withdrew that ridiculous wish. How could a ghost-like you have such a burden? While I'm not a ghost. I'm just a human who is helpless when my body is taken by another creature. Of course, this made me suffer. I was right, wasn't I, Miss K?"

Even though Sabina knew that only the horrible laughter the Kuntilanak would give her, Sabina kept asking. At least he was a little better when he expressed his sadness to Kuntilanak who always accompanied him.

"Oh, shit. I'm late!" Brian snorted in annoyance as he put on his work clothes, "Why didn't Sabina wake me up? She also hasn't been seen since I woke up," he continued muttering.

"Sabina, where are you? I'm leaving now!" called Brian who walked towards the kitchen to look for Sabina. But Brian did not find the figure of Sabina there. There was only a plate of egg sandwiches on the table.

"You avoided me but still made breakfast for me. I'm confused, Sabina. Are you angry or what?" Brian muttered as he looked at the plate of bread in front of him.

At the Cakradara Group office…

According to Sabina's words and coupled with Brian's determination to believe that his idea will be accepted during the presentation, Brian explained his idea at an office meeting.

It turned out that not only people from the production department attended the meeting, but also Mr. Bagaskara and Sandy along with several investors who were deliberately invited to listen to Brian present his ideas.

The investors were invited by Mr. Bagaskara according to Mr. Aditya's request to be an assessor of Brian's development even though Brian had only been working for a few days. Mr. Aditya believes that Brian has sufficient ability to advance the Cakradara Group company.

"Mr. Brian, I chose your proposal among all the other ideas. I feel that the idea you propose is unique and fresh and can provoke market interest,"

"I ask your permission, Mr. Bagaskara, to speak with Mr. Brian at lunch. I hope Mr. Bagaskara agrees to this,"

"Don't be afraid and think nonsense with what I mean to Mr. Brian, I just want to hear the idea in detail because I will invest quite a lot if the idea that Mr. Brian has makes me completely sure,"

"If Mr. Bagaskara and Cakradara Group Bandung still have doubts about this small request of mine, I will gladly ask for permission directly from the Ceo or President Director of Cakradara Group Jakarta to invite Mr. Brian to go with me,"

One of Cakradara Group's biggest investors took the vote. The middle-aged man was called Mr. Basil. He is a long-time investor who strongly believes that his cooperative relationship with Cakradara will always be successful and profitable. And when he saw the way Brian delivered his brilliant idea, Mr. Basil was very interested in having a conversation with Brian.

"I don't mind at all if you want to talk to Mr. Brian. You also don't have to ask my sister's permission to take her son to lunch. But I'm only his boss, it's up to him whether wants to or not, Mr. Brian alone can answer you, Mr. Basil," Mr. Bagaskara replied wisely to Mr. Basil.

This time everyone turned to Brian which made him nervous. Brian was also confused about how to respond to the request because this was indeed the first time for Brian himself.

And when Brian turned to Sandy, Sandy lowered her head slightly with a smile. And Brian knew it was the answer to support him in accepting Mr. Basil's invitation.

Now Brian and Mr. Basil are in a fine restaurant. Inside were many people in suits who looked like businessmen too, just like Mr. Basil.

"Master, why do we have to eat lunch so far? Aren't you very busy too, sir?" Brian started asking as they sat down and waited for the dishes to come.

Mr. Basil smiled at Brian's confusion.

"To get you used to it, son. This kind of environment will become your daily life when you become the CEO of Cakradara Jakarta, replacing your older brother who will become the Director of your family company later," Mr. Basil answered with a smile.

"Hmm, since you said that, may I know how close your relationship with my papa-, I mean Mr. Aditya?" Brian asked again.

"How well do I know the CEO of Cakradara Jakarta?" Mr. Basil repeated Brian's question, "I knew him even before the three great heroes were born Annisa," he continued to answer.

Brian rounded his mouth in a bit of shock.

"You know my mother too, sir?" Brian asked again, "Wow, how come I didn't know and never saw you meet my parents?" he continued speaking.

"Don't be so surprised. I, Aditya, and Annisa are college friends. Among the three sons of Aditya and Annisa, you are the only one they don't often bring with them to reunions. But after seeing you do the presentation earlier, I'm interested in talking to you. I want to know more about the youngest than my old best friend," Mr. Basil replied before laughing casually.
