Conquering the Mystic Realm Part 17

"Alright… so you read it from a book that I'm assuming you found in our basement… But you still haven't answered my question yet, Elisa. Since when did you find out that you can actually use Magic? Is it just recently or did you know it earlier on?" Alvitr asked as she gently patted her head so that Elisa would calm down she could feel that she was currently tensed and stressed right now, and that was the last thing that she wanted for Elisa to feel as she wanted her to be completely honest.

"I… I actually don't know, Mommy. I think I got it since the moment I was born. I always felt that I was different from other people because I was always stronger and I didn't get tired easily, I always thought that others were just weak, but I found out that I was wrong when I accidentally chanted a Magic Spell. Mommy… Is Elisa a bad girl for hiding it? Because I thought that if you found out, you would hate me because I was different from everyone else…" Elisa said as tears began to stream down her face as she sobbed breaking Alvitr's heart.

Seeing this, she just quietly hugged her tightly as she tried to soothe her daughter's emotions by saying some comforting words. Hearing how she was blaming herself for hiding such a thing for so many years, she couldn't even fathom what she was currently feeling. She was sure that she must have been alone bearing all of that loneliness as she couldn't tell anyone because she was afraid that her loved ones would leave her behind.

"Shh…. Don't worry, Elisa. I will never leave you. You are not a bad girl you are always going to be good in Mommy's eyes, so let's stop these tears because it doesn't look great on you." Alvit said as she kissed her forehead while wiping her tears away with her fingers. Luckily it was working as Elisa began to calm down just a few minutes later after crying so much that she even passed out again because of the exhaustion.

When Alvitr saw this, she simply laid her down back on the bed before kissing her cheeks and finally left to where her Mother was waiting for her outside. When Alvitr looked at Anneliese immediately hugged her comforting her because she had stayed there the whole time as she didn't leave, and she heard everything about how her Granddaughter broke down because of her difference from other people.

"Don't worry, Alvitr. I'm going to help you with this, if you want to hide this fact, you absolutely can, I won't pressure you into letting Elisa be the next head of the Strasser Family. If you want we can also hire a Magic Professor to teach her to further enhance her Magic knowledge, but the choice is yours… After all, she is your precious daughter." Anneliese comforted her as she grabbed her by her shoulders before smiling at her warmly.

"Thanks, Mother. I'll remember that, but I will just support whatever Elisa chooses to be. I remember like a year ago she told me that she wanted to be a Detective, the one who catches bad guys because she wants to put all of them in Jail so that there is one less person who can hurt me. I was so proud when I heard that, so if she really decided to pursue being a Detective, I will support her with all my might." Alvite chuckled lightly as she wiped the tears out of her eyes while she remembered that day when Elisa had a more determined look than ever.

"A Detective, huh? I guess she will work with a lot of criminals then… But I support it because I have a feeling that she would be a great one. When I first saw her I saw something different from her than other children, it was as if she could already carry herself without anyone's help. It was as if she was born to be strong, to be a Leader." Anneliese laughed alongside Alvitr as she remembered the moment when Elisa cast magic to protect both of them from the Monsters that were coming near them.

Seeing how she cast the Magic without any hesitation as there is nothing she wants more than just to protect her Mother made her teary because it shows the bond that Elisa and Alvitr have, and she was hoping that one day she could be also a part of it. She wants Elisa to acknowledge her as her grandmother, she hopes that there will be a day when it will happen.

Just like that, a whole day has passed, and Elisa never left her room. The others saw this as just her being shy and afraid because she was surrounded by so many unknown people, so it was only right that she would be overwhelmed. Even though some didn't find it rude, not everyone was like them as they thought that the little bastard was rude for not showing up for the family dinner, even Alvitr was nowhere to be seen at that time which only fueled their anger more.

Elisa was wandering around the garden when she finally decided to go out so that she could map out the entire Villa, she felt annoyed because she was forced to wear a dress, and she was extremely uncomfortable with it, but she simply endured it for her Mother as she was the one who decided that she would wear that. But as she was strolling around, she was suddenly stopped by 3 kids who were looking at her with anger, curiosity, and most important of all, jealousy.

"Hey, you! Who do you think you are acting so arrogant? Do you think that just because you are the daughter of the old genius of the Strasser Family you can do whatever you want? Well, let me teach you a lesson you should never act so arrogant because you are just a little bastard from outside whose daddy left you." The little girl snarled as she walked forward and pushed Elisa to the ground, but Elisa just let it happen as she didn't fight.

But as she was falling, she used her Magic to make the little girl who pushed her fall on top of her fully aware that there were a lot of maids watching and best of all, Alvitr had also just arrived at the garden, and she saw everything how her niece was bullying her daughter.

Seeing this, she felt a fire in her heart as she immediately rushed over and separated the two feeling so angry that her niece would actually do such a thing just because of the hatred of her siblings.
