zHearing the words of her poor and beaten up daughter… Something snapped inside of Alvitr's heart and mind, and she simply stayed silent as she stood up and gave Elisa to Yani's arms.

"Calm down baby… Don't worry, Mommy is here now. Nothing is going to hurt you anymore, I promise you…" Alvitr said in the most gentle and caring tone that it was as if it was breaking her as she caressed Elisa's head and simply asked for Yani to make her sleep with Magic, to which she simply complied easily. But just as she finished using her Magic Spell, her unconsciously shivered when she heard Alvitr's next words.

"I expect for all of you to take care of her… If even a single strand of her hair comes loose, I'll kill anyone of you." Alvitr warned as she simply turned her back towards everyone and began walking towards the three culprit, each step she took was like a ringing bell in their ears as they knew what was going to happen next.

So without any hesitation, Mia grabbed Kali in her arms and threw Dorol to Alvitr as a distraction. Without any remorse, she ran for their lives, but it didn't matter to Alvitr. She simply took out her Sword… the very same Sword that she used when she was still the Sword Saintess and slashed Dorol into a thousand pieces, making his whole body explode into a bloody mist.

"Where do you think you're going after hurting my daughter, my dear sister?" Alvitr asked in a chilling tone as she threw her Sword and plunged it right in front of Mia and Kali, stopping them from their tracks. Mifellll to the ground with Kali in her hands, trembling in fear, every step that Alvitr took felt like death is coming in closer to her.

"No… Sister! I didn't mean to hurt Elisa this much… I was blinded with rage and jealousy please forgive me and Kali, I promise that we will stay out of your lives and never bother you again! Please spare our lives!" Mia pleaded immediately with tears streaming down on her face as she hugged Kali even tighter in her arms, afraid of what might come to the both of them because of what they had done.

"You expect me to forgive you after what you have done to my daughter? I have already forgiven and even forgotten what you did to my daughter before… But what did you do? You did it again, but even worse, and you still expect to forgive you?" Alvitr asked in a cold and shaky tone as she pointed her Sword at Mia's neck just enough to make it bleed.

"My daughter… Alvitr. Is there no way for you to not kill her… I know that what your sister did is something bad, but killing her is too much, right? I'm not siding with her, but please… She's still my daughter even if she's like this, she's still your sister…" Annelease said as she also felt sad and guilty at the same time for saying those things.

"Yes… let's take it easy now shall we, Alvitr. I know that you're boiling with anger towards your sister, but having your revenge like this is wrong…" Yani and her husband tried to reason with her.

"Think about your daughter… would she be able to live knowing that her Mother killed her sister as an act of revenge, wouldn't that make you no different from her?" Yani continued as she was trying to ease the tension in the air because she knew that revenge would only result in a bitter ending.

But she can't help herself because at the end of the day, Mia is still like Alvitr to her. She's her beloved daughter, even if she has such a heart, at the end she can't bear to see her children fighting to the death. Her heart can't accept such a thing.

'What the fuck is this old woman saying… She's got more heart than I thought, you want my Mother to forgive this evil woman even after what she did to me?' Elisa, who was awake the whole time, couldn't help but snicker to herself at the idiotic words of her Grandmother.

At their first meeting, Elisa thought of her as an intelligent and smart woman who knows exactly what to do in hard times, but over time she was proven wrong again and again. This time is just like the rest, she's incredibly disappointed at Annalease for even saying such a thing.

Even if the two are her daughters, she shouldn't be too nice, especially when one of her daughters has done something this bad. Maybe it was just her, but of course she would also be against killing one of her daughters if they did something horrible, at most she would take their powers away and lock them up. But what Annelease is basically trying to say is to let Mia and Kali go without even any punishment which is just wrong.

At that point she's basically already showing her favoritism towards her children, if she was any good parent she would know that Mia and Kali have taken things too far and they should be punished severely for it. But instead of doing something, she's just going to watch and let her Mother do what she deemed to be best.

"This is unfair… You always side with them because you think that as the oldest and strongest, I should always be mature, but are they still babies to not think that they have taken things too far?" Alvitr gritted her teeth as she raised her hand and mercilessly slashed Mia's right arm, making it drop to the ground with a loud thud, blood leaking everywhere.

As for Kali, she simply knocked her out heavily with the hilt of the Sword. She felt betrayed as she simply took Elisa away from Yani and everyone.

"All of you… Don't fucking contact me ever again… I don't want to see any of your faces again in my life. You fucking traitors…" Alvitr said with an emotionless and cold tone as she simply caressed Elisa who was grinning from the inside.

"All of you have taken my kindness for granted… and I'm tired of it… I just want to live quietly with my daughter from now on…" Alvitr said as she turned away from all of them and quietly walked away with Elisa in her arms.

As Elisa was about to cheer silently for the drastic change in her Mother, she stopped when she noticed that nothing was moving in her surroundings, and when she opened her eyes, she found that everything had been stopped, as if time had been stopped. It was then when she heard a voice in her head.
