Conquering the Mystic Realm Part 36

"What the fuck is this secret ending that you're talking about? Is this about me changing Alvitr?" Yuki asked with a frown on her face. This did not amuse her, as she was looking forward to what she would do next to all of these people, but now her fun was spoiled by someone saying that her job was already done because she unlocked a secret ending.

"Yes… It is exactly about that: you have changed Alvitr to go back or revert to her old self right now, which is a secret ending that you can achieve in just a matter of years instead of waiting for more than a decade. Of course, you can reject this reward for completing it early, but you will still be able to claim the extra rewards. Though if you claim the early leave reward, you can choose what will be the ending of your character and save it in eternity by making it into a story in a book." The old man appeared right before Yuki and explained it to her with a light smile on his face.

"Fine… I'll take the early leave, so give me the book. But I refuse to take any other reward from this trial. But of course, I still want my reward as a whole when I complete everything, simply because I want something else from you." Yuki asked with a cold glint as she found herself already back in the ruins and with her original body, and when she looked at the time, it was exactly the same as when she left.

This made her relieved because she thought that time would pass again when she left, and she couldn't bear to return if that happened, especially when it has already happened before. But this time, it was going to be worse because she didn't exactly leave on a good note.

"That is possible… But you will have to sacrifice a little bit of your rewards for that… All of the rewards that you can get in the Mystic Realm, to be exact. The System rewards are not counted, of course, as I cannot control it." The old man happily explained, and when Yuki heard it, she was irritated by it because she was still curious about what the Mystic Realm would give her if she conquered it.

"What can I even get if I conquer the entirety of the Mystic Realm?" Yuki simply asked. The more words that came out of the old man's mouth, the more she became irritated and angry.

"Since it seems that you also don't want to give up the rewards of the Mystic Realm, I'll make you another offer. If you can complete all of what Mystic Realm has to offer, then I'll take it as a good barter. What do you say? will you do everything that I tell you in exchange for what you want." The old man said after seeing Yuki's internal conflict, which just made him smile even though he could clearly feel the hostility coming from her.

"Don't, it's nothing hard. I know that you can do it. There are exactly 100 Monsters here that you need to hunt down; 50 of them are Guardian, 25 are Overlord, 15 are Saint, 9 are Emperor, and there's 1 God Rank. I simply want you to kill all of them, at least be the one to kill it with the last hit. Doesn't matter if you ask for help, especially for the God Rank, as it's physically impossible for you to kill him." The old man chuckled lightly as he gave another challenge to Yuki to complete if she wanted to barter with him.

"That's it? Fine, but since you are making me do such a hard thing, I expect that I can go all out. Since you know my System, you know what my set of Skills are, right?" Yuki grinned at the challenge as she loved every single bit of it, especially after hearing that she could hunt down a real God Ranked Cultivator. It brought a thrill into her veins, as that was all she had ever wanted.

To actually feel what it's like to fight with a God like entity, but she won't have too many expectations because even though the System has stated that the Nightingale is in a High Tier Heaven, she knows that it's not exactly it. At most, she can confidently say that it's Pseudo High Tier.

"Yes, you have nothing to worry about because everything in this place is set to reset once it closes." The old man just said before finally disappearing in front of Yuki and just like that she was again all alone, but in her hand was the book that will be where she's going to write the story of Alvitr and her daughter Elisa.

It was very simple. Even though Alvitr has reverted to her old self, she managed to control it, where she's only like that to other people she's not close with. But her family was an exemption because time and time again, they had disappointed her, so she was forever cold with them. As for the character that she played, she stayed the same as what she acted, innocent and bubbly. But she did and went ahead with her dream job of becoming a detective as well as a very successful Magician and that was the end of the story.

She didn't detail any further because what she wanted was simple, so she felt that she had to go back there and would sometimes need to meet with Alvitr as she couldn't believe it herself that she had grown into her.

As soon as Yuki came out of the ruins, she was met by the Astral Epsilon Sect. Every disciple was there watching her, some with awe, but most with terrified looks on their faces as if she was going to make a move on them.

"There are treasures inside. Don't worry; I have already cleared everything inside. Though be careful with traps; I didn't bother destroying all of them." Yuki said coldly while she walked and smoked a cigar and walked past them without too much care about all of them, not even Jinshi, who was the one who had offended her earlier.

"Fuck… I forgot to ask that old man for a map." Yuki cursed to herself as she walked, but the suddenly Jinshi appeared in front of her, making her stop abruptly andlookd at her with a cold gaze as now she didn't even understand why she's in front of her when she's chaking out of fear.

"What do you want now? You don't have to believe if you don't want tt; the choice is yours. So can you move? I'm quite busy." Yuki asked coldly as she couldn't even care if they chose not to believe her as it was their own choice, not hers.

"It's not about that, Lady Yuki… I'm here to apologize for my actions earlier. I apologize if I offended you earlier today. I didn't mean to do it. Can you have the heart to please no inflict my Sect because of what I did and instead just punish me instead for my actions?" Jinshi said with a serious and pleading look as she even went on her knees and begged her for Yuki's forgiveness.

Yuki, who was just watching, couldn't help but raise an eyebrow at them, and even Chisato was stunned to see the woman suddenly kneeling on the ground. But just as Yuki was about to dismiss her and say that it was fine and that she didn't care about it, Jinshi even went further as she kissed her shoe, which made Yuki's spine shiver as she was having PTSD about the masochist.
