MISUNDERSTANDING

Dylan's POV

I was still in the meeting discussing the rouge issue that we are having when I heard a howl that shook the pack house. The pack link was in chaos, so I had to use my Alpha voice to silence it, "What the HELL was that!?" I asked through the link. "We do not know Alpha it sounded far away in the woods."

"I want at least thirty guards outside the pack I will be out in a second. I hurried outside with my beta and others that were in the meeting except for the elders that stayed behind.

Once outside I heard another powerful howl, that is when I saw Lisa running towards me, I was about to tell her to go back inside when she said. "Dylan tell your guards to stand down and don't go anywhere." I didn't understand why she would say that was she deaf. I did the most common thing and ask, "And why should I do that, are you deaf!? Didn't you hear that howl?"

"Yes, I did, but I know who the howl came from, it came from Selena."

What the hell does she mean by it came from Selena; I know that Selena is powerful I could feel it from the night we met, but what rouge is capable of such a powerful howl? Selena is an Alpha's mate, but that does not give her any power, when did she even wake up. Even though I am an Alpha, if I had woken up from such a long sleep, I would not be able to howl like that, the lack of food for that period of time would have its effect on me. Just what is Selena Artemis???

SELENA'S POV

I stormed out of the house as fast as I could I needed to let my wolf out. I felt my bone cracking whilst running further into the woods, I fell on the cold ground and started to shift in my wolf. My wolf was a normal average wolf, but my fur color is black and red cool right, my eyes glow crimson red and sometimes my wolf eyes black I guess it depends on how I feel.

I started to run further away from the pack grounds to feed my anger, pain, confusion, betrayal and worry, but to no avail so I let it all out. I howl so loud that even I could not believe it, but I needed more so I did it again louder to express all that I am feeling. I felt a little better, but I still ran around for a bit to please my wolf Artemis, that's when I heard his voice calling out my name, I thought I would go crazy hearing his voice again I thought he was dead! My anger started to rise all over again. I looked around franticly trying to locate where his voice was coming from, I saw a shadow figure from my Peripheral vision. I let out a vicious growl and snapped my head to where I saw the shadow figure, but to my disappointment it was only Lisa and Dylan. Lisa was breathing heavily, and I can see the worry in her eyes. Oh, please now she is worried about me! Dylan on the other hand looked confused, and I think I saw a hint of fear it was only there for a short while though, but I saw it. "Hey, Selena it is time for you to shift back someone has a lot of questions." Lisa said with a nervous chuckle, I knew what she was talking about, but personally I am so not ready to explain any of this to him.

I went behind a tree which did not really make any sense because my clothes were torn when I shifted. " Lisa, I need clothes." I said to her through our mind link, I so was not going to say please or ask politely, because I am currently still upset with her. I heard shuffling and then a bag was thrown a me with some clothes, I hurried to shift back to my beautiful and sexy human body so that I can put the clothes on, Once I was done, I walked out to see both Lisa and Dylan there waiting for me.

I did not want to talk to anyone as yet, so I just started walking. The silence between the three of us was really awkward and unbearable, so I tried to at least fix it. "desafar o meu coração dizer que me ama novamente."(unbreak my heart say you love me again) "Desfazer esta dor que causou quando saiu pela porta e saiu da minha vida."(undo this hurt you caused when you walked out the door and walked out of my life.) I sang and heard Lisa laugh. Lisa does not know or understand portuguese, back in the day I did try to teach her, but she was illiterate she did not even know English. I am really happy that my singing kind of ease the tension in the air, Dylan looks really, I do not know he just have a blank expression on his face.

We finally reach back to the pack house when Dylan finally spoke, well not to me any way. Lisa and I both share similar looks then I remembered that I am still mad at her, so I looked away. " Hey, look Selena I cannot say I understand what you went through because I do not, but you need to know that I was really worried about you and those people that you called the enemy they helped me. I am truly sorry I was not there when you woke up, but I am here now and I have always been here, so can you please forgive me?" I saw the sincerity in her eyes and heard it in her voice, so I think she deserves to be forgiven. "Listen Lisa I know that you have always been here for me, but I woke up in an unfamiliar room with no one there to explain to me what had happened and then I found my only friend laughing and enjoying life with people that tried to fight us. I am sorry I jumped to conclusions and did not try to understand your part of the story. You are forgiven, but don't you dare talk about my mother ever again and that's a warning. Do I Make Myself Clear!?" Lisa nodded with a nervous look one her face her, and we hugged it out, then we hear someone clearing their throat. We look around to see that it's Dylan, oh yeah, I totally forgot that I had some 'explaining to do.'
