SUB-CHAPTER: Kate Muerni

Kate Muerni wasn't born into a normal life, in fact, her life felt like hell. Although her family wasn't poor, actually they're far from poor, Kate didn't live her life like a normal kid. Early on, Kate experienced immense amount of pressure and stress. Of course, there would be pressure of being a perfect kid, and will soon become the heir to her father's throne.

Mr. Thorne Muerni was a very wealthy French entrepreneur, for he owned a multi-million dollar perfume empire.

Her mother, Cathryn Wellington, was the daughter of an American entrepreneur. She was also the heir to her father's perfume empire. Of which, rivalled Thorne's empire. So to end the heated rival-ship between the two empires, she was married to Thorne, and soon bore his child.

Growing up Kate didn't have much friends, considering the fact that she was homeschooled from preschool to middle school. All the kids that she did see, had a sense of ridicule in their eyes, muttering something. Although no one really bullied Kate, everyone was for sure avoiding her.

For years on end, Kate was in this dark abyss of loneliness, only following the wishes of her parents. And as time passed, Kate was finally going to be sent to an actual middle school. "This is it! I can finally have a normal life and make friends!" Kate thought to herself.

Although what she thought was nothing like she thought. And this time, she was bullied for being too rich, and that her parents were corrupt and that instantly made her corrupt, but of course, this was far from the truth. In reality, Kate was a pure, innocent, and elegant young woman. She always puts others first before herself. Which was her biggest flaw in middle school.

Because of her innocence and purity, she was often used by other people, whether it be for answers in tests, as a scapegoat, or money, Kate was always the one they used.

On a sunny morning, at the playground of the middle school, some kids were playing tag, and Kate wanted to join, so naturally, she kept bugging the kids to let her join. Which eventually lead the kids getting annoyed. Shouting at her, and shoving her to the ground. Kate who was now crying heavily like a storm, fell on the ground.

Seeing this, two kids stood up for her, pushing the kids away from her. The boy, shouting back at the kids, while the girl comforted Kate and helping her up before joining the boy. Together, they were able to scare the bullies off, then turning to Kate, and asking how she was doing and if she was hurt.

Kate simply shook her head and said thank you, before asking the names of her saviours.

"I'm Stan." Said the boy.

"And I'm Anne." the girl smiled.

Together, they became best of friends. Passing every obstacle that was in their way. Whether it be grades, class separation, anything. Nothing seemed to work to be able to keep them apart.

All the way through middle school, and into high school, the trio was inseparable.

Now in high school, people seemed to appreciate purity and innocence more than middle school. And because of this, Kate's rank in terms of popularity and status sky rocketed. But even with this new found success, Kate could never forget the two people that helped her on her feet, and stayed by her side till the very end.
