I could hear the guys in the other room, making breakfast and laughing. Our relationships were working back toward normal, and I was able to sleep at night. Oliver still had an uneasiness about him, but I thought as long as his father kept up with death and destruction, Oliver would always worry. And until Ruby returned, Oliver would never get a good night's sleep. He blamed himself, of course. But we were no match for his father's powers.
