Ashlynn laughed mockingly at me. "I will play your little game."
"It is everywhere. You will meet it someday." I raised my eyebrows and waited.
Ashlynn's jaws clenched. "I'm done with you, Cassandra. It's truly time to die." She brought her hands together and then slowly pulled them apart, creating a swirling blackhole. "I have no idea where you'll end up, but wherever it is I promise you it will be unpleasant." She pulled her hands back, ready to cast her spell.
Ashlynn stopped and seemed to be listening for something. We stopped as well, the six of us watching in silence, thinking Edius had come to finish us off.
The walls, using electrical charges, lashed out at Ashlynn, tugging at her arms and legs. She screamed and fought the best she could, trying to cast an anti-spell, failing with every effort. She screamed out to Oliver, knowing his technomancy had entrapped her.
Cass, use my water magic. It will give her a taste of her own medicine.
And do what?
