Ara
By the time Ara was done packing all her things, she had six medium to large trunks filled to the brim. Most of the clothes she had packed were actually Princess Lila’s dresses, ones she had borrowed and never returned, and some Princess Lila had passed on to her when she no longer wanted to use them. Not knowing what to do with them and not wanting to go ask Princess Lila, she just packed everything she saw. Only two of the trunks had things that were solely Ara’s: her daggers, knives and a sword, some wooden toys she kept from her childhood, and her clothes.
“Please don’t tell me you need another trunk. I’ve gone through the entire castle, and I’m sure there are no more trunks. None,” Rena said, wiping the sweat on her forehead as she stepped into Ara’s room and closed the door behind her. “Princess Lila is using twelve!”
She slumped on the boudoir’s bench and dropped the bag she had slung over her shoulder.
“All my earthly possessions fit into this bag,” she said.
