It is not a reunion

Anastasia rubbed her eyes. "It feels so weird." But victor stopped her from doing that.

Victor: "Don't do that, your eyes will pain."

Anastasia: "But did that spell worked?"

Victor glanced at her neck and noticed her birth mark glowing. "Yeah, it did. But you should not show your powers to anyone." He snapped his finger and made her eyes to stop glowing and hided her birth mark. But Anastasia still had no idea about all of this.

Anastasia: "Why can't I show my power to the world? I have been doing this since my childhood and I don't really like that. It feels like I am hiding a part of my personality."

Victor: "I know how that feels. I have been through that way before you. But you need to hide it otherwise this world will use you until there is nothing left in you."

Anastasia: "But why!?"

Victor: "Because the world is a very dark place. They think that if someone is unique. That means they are freaks. People will bully you for being different that's why you need to hide it."

Anastasia: "Miss Agnes told me that I need to hide my emotions otherwise something bad will happen to the world. Why is that?"

Victor: "Because you are special and every special people go through that phase. It is very normal. It happened to me too and don't worry, I'll make you a new red knotted bracelet. Nothing bad will happen. Just control your power alright?"

Victor looked at the palace and noticed a very powerful dark energy was coming towards him.

That means Ezen found out that he came back in the village again. Now, he got to safely send Anastasia home.

Victor: "Listen, you need to go. You are not safe here anymore." After that, he quickly teleported Anastasia into the perkin's mansion and stayed there only, so he could face Ezen on his own.

Anastasia got teleported back into the mansion and saw Emily circling around the garden back and forth while trying to call someone. She looked tense. That's why Anastasia was feeling worried for Emily.

But she could not muster the courage to go inside the house, because she was scared to face Isabelle.

Emily was furious at Isabelle for not picking up the phone. That's why she hung up and slammed her phone on the table.

She looked around and noticed that near the gate. someone's dark shadow was staring at her. That's why she angrily stormed towards the person. But then she saw who the person was.

Anastasia quickly covered her cheeks because she thought Emily was going to slap her but instead she gave her a tight hug and started to sob.

Anastasia tried to calm Emily down. "Emily, why are you crying? I've never seen you like this. This is awkward."

She hitted Anastasia's arm. "Then why did you covered your cheeks?"

Anastasia: "I was scared. I thought you were going to slap me."

Emily wiped her tears and became annoyed again. "Well, I was not planning to do that. But looks like you do need a good slap."

Anastasia: "Don't you dare, I am older than you. Have some respect for me."

Emily: "Then act like one."

Hearing the loud commotion from outside. Ruby came into the garden to check what exactly happened and noticed that it was just Anastasia and Emily arguing with each other.

Ruby: "Anastasia!? Where were you gone? You know, nanna was so worried about you."

Anastasia: "Ohh, was she?" Maybe Miss Agnes told everything to grandma. Thinking about it was making her tensed.

Emily: "Yeah right!? Where the hell were you, Anna!? Do you know how helpless I was? Grandma was so stressed about it that's why she didn't told anything to me. But thank god ruby told me that you were lost." She said with an annoyed tone.

Anastasia didn't wanted to tell them the truth that's why she decided to lie. "I- I was just exploring the village. I don't know why everyone was so tensed about it." She acted like everything was okay. But Emily was not buying it.

Emily: "What a bullshit! I am the one who lies the most in this world and you are thinking that you can lie to me? Trust me, your story is absurd. You were just exploring the village? then why didn't you called to inform me that you will be late?"

Anastasia's head started to hurt because of Emily's yelling. Sometimes she can't understand, which of them is the older one. "Oh my goodness! Hush for a moment! Do you want to know the truth? Then let me tell you. I was having an affair with someone. That's why I was late."

Ruby opened her mouth in shocked because she thought it was real. But Emily laughed like she heard a joke.

Emily: "Now that is another bullshit, you found a guy to have an affair within just one day? That means you are a player. And if you are telling the truth then, was the guy hot? Is he a candidate for being my future brother in law?"

Ruby was tired because of listening to their bickering. "Guys! Seriously!? You are fighting now? First, go and tell nanna that Anastasia is okay, otherwise, she will get stressed out for no reason."

Anastasia also agreed. Because of her grandma might be so worried. She was feeling guilty about this.

Anastasia: "Yeah Emily let's go, I'll tell everything in detail to you later on."

Emily also nodded and followed Anastasia and ruby back into the mansion so they could inform Isabelle about her return.

Back in the diamond palace, victor knew that Ezen was going to come outside to meet him because the power merge they did might have alerted him. that's why he decided to send Anastasia on her own.

While he was waiting for him to show up. He heard a unknown voice talking to him while he was facing another side. He couldn't guess who it was.

Ezen: "Ohh Victor, I thought I would be mad by seeing you, but looking at you now. I feel nothing but pity."

In reality, he enjoyed seeing him in this lost state, because Ezen thought that he deserved it.

Victor only got privileges from his birth, It was exciting to see him in sorrow too.

Victor: "I am sorry, but who are you?" He couldn't guess who the person was. And why is that person so bitter towards him? He never did anything wrong with anyone.

He was thinking if he ever met this person in his life? But then he noticed succubi coming towards them while being in a pain.

If she is here then that means, this person is...

Succubi went towards Ezen while huffing, but her eyes glowed when she looked at victor.

Succubi: "Oh my goodness, victor you have changed drastically." She was surprised because seeing the uninterested prince she met 1000 years ago wearing a classy suit.

Who wouldn't be amazed by seeing that sight?

Victor looked at ezen and understood who the person inside the unfamiliar body was.

Victor: "Ezen, looks like you haven't changed a bit. Still, ruining innocent people's lives? Why? Does killing my family was not enough for you?" His eyes turned dark while saying it.

Anyone else would have been scared by it. But Ezen chuckled like he was really proud for doing that. "Don't play the victim card with me.     Your family died because of you and you know it. You just want someone to blame it on, just so you could feel better about yourself."

Seeing Ezen blaming him for his own family's death. Victor couldn't control his anger anymore. For so many years, he also believed the same thing. But then he realised, he never did anything wrong.

Victor: "I wish, I would have just killed you that time."

Ezen: "Then do it! Kill me now." He said in a mocking tone. "Ohh sorry. I forgot someone got stripped off from their powers." He acted like he was truly sad for victor. "Isn't it ironic? The god who you believed in so much. Didn't even thought for a second before snatching your powers away. They should have forgiven you, right? After all, you are heaven's favourite child. Little partiality wouldn't have hurted."

Victor knew that Ezen was ridiculing him. But still, he kept his calm demeanor. "Aren't you little too overconfident? Do you really think no one could kill you?"

Ezen laughed. "Victor, why are you still so prideful even though you don't have anything left? And yeah, I am overconfident because I have reason to be. No one in this universe can kill me. I am forever immortal because I killed all the people who were threats to me. Especially your whole bloodline. I ended all the descendants of heaven in just one go. But thanks to you, my job got easier. If you haven't done that mistake victor. It would have been very difficult task."

Succubi couldn't control her laugh. "Make sense. Victor I never in my life had imagined you to fall into our trap. But god knows how you did." She became dissapointed "I don't blame you though. Because the person we choosed to do that task was extraordinary herself. By looking at her, even the most powerful man in the world would fall in their knees. You are no exception."

When victor heard them talk about that person. His body started to tremble. He is mostly calm in this kind of situation. But whenever, someone mentions 'her'. He couldn't control his heart. And because of his emotions, the weather starts to change too.

Ezen looked in the sky and noticed the climate changing. The weather looked like it was going to rain sooner.

The sky was filled with black clouds and by seeing that smirk appeared on his lips.

If he wants, then he can make the weather into normal again. But he is not going to do that. He wants all the people in the village to die in the storm. Atleast he could get his revenge.

Ezen: "Guilty? I can sense your regret by looking at this weather. Why do you get so uncomfortable when we talk about her? Not like you care. You know, blood century would have never occurred if you didn't killed her." His voice became harsher.

"He didn't killed her!!" A blonde woman said in an angry tone.

Ezen crossed his arms and tried to remember who she was. "I have seen this girl somewhere. But don't know where."

Succubi: "Ezen don't be stupid. She is victor's fianc.." she stopped. "Oh, no-no-no. Ex fiance."

Victor was stunned seeing her there. "Cassandra? What are you doing here?"

Ezen: "Ohh, Cassandra the whinny girl. I remember you very well. Whenever I used to see you, you were either crying or complaining about something." He sighed "That's why you don't fall for a heartless jerk."

Victor sneered "Yeah like you have a heart."

Ezen: "Of course I do."

Succubi chuckled. This is her first time listening about demons having a heart. Especially Ezen. "Yeah, he have such a big heart that he kills people for it."

Ezen got offended by it. "Wait! Who's side are you in?"

Succubi: "Yours"

Ezen: "By the way, i do have a heart. Whenever I kill someone. Next day i go to their grave and say sorry to them."

Succubi touched her heart because she was so impressed by his words. "Touche."

Cassandra: "If you said sorry after killing someone then they won't magically come back to life."

Ezen: "If i want someone to come back to life then why would I kill them?"

Succubi: "You always make valid points in argument that's why i like you so much." She was totally fangirling for him.

Victor: "How did this serious conversation turned into this? It is not a reunion."

Ezen: "I know it is not a reunion. It's your ex who barged into our conversation without any reason."

Cassandra: "Why are you talking to him? Talk with me."

Ezen: "Alright then, why the hell are you here?  Came to meet Avery? Agnes? Whatever your mother's name is."

Cassandra: "It's none of your business why i came here."

Ezen: "Yes, it is. Because next death is going to be of your mother. She has lived for decades anyway. So now, she is going to sleep in a casket forever. Don't say, i didn't warned you."

Cassandra: "Don't you dare! You really think i am going to let you do that?"

Ezen: "What!? You are going to stop me? You couldn't even stop your fiance from running away from your wedding and you are dreaming about stopping me from killing people? Seriously!?"

He knew that he was very harsh. He should have not bought up their personal problem in the argument. But it made sense. Who does Cassandra thinks of herself? God? Even god can't kill him and she thinks she can stop him.

When Ezen bought up the past. Victor and Cassandra couldn't even look at each other eyes because of the embarrassment. Because the thing Ezen said was true. Victor did ran away on the day of their wedding. Why? You'll find out in the future.

Ezen: "I don't understand. What happened to this woman's nowadays? Why don't they have any self respect left inside them? First Succubi and now you. Damn. This world is progressing backwards. That's why i want to kill everyone in it." He will do favor on people by doing it. "You know what? That brat Anastasia is much better than you guys. She is annoying but she has a point."

Victor suddenly got into his protective mode. "Don't you dare take her name!"

Ezen smirked because he knew this already. "Why? Do you know her?"
