'I still don't understand the process behind the rewards for advancements, sometimes I get them, and sometimes I don't. Let's get some more so I can understand it better. But how…? Oh! I know, I can look for a desert temple and try to find diamonds! Maybe Josh will know where the desert is.'

"So I can find a desert temple and get diamonds!" I said excitedly.
"Oh? Anyways, just go about… two-hundred-thirty meters this way and you'll find a river. That river will lead you to the desert."
"TWO HUNDRED AND THIRTY! Why do you live so far away from a river?! You need the water!" I said incredulously.
"Why would we need the water? All it will do is give the mobs a place to escape the sun, and a way for the drowned to attack us." He said as if he just told me one plus one is two.
And I was left speechless. It didn't occur to me that I didn't need water anymore.
"...*Sigh* Nevermind, I'll just go to the river. See you later Josh".

*A 200+ block walk later*
'Finally made it to the river, wait… which way do I go? F*ck, I didn't ask about that! Hopefully both ways can lead me to the desert or I'm f*cked.'
Now he just needed to make a boat.

50m later he comes in contact with the desert and leaves his boat. And then he sprint's through the desert for many many kilometers until…
'Is that a temple?! PLEASE BE A TEMPLE! I'm tired of getting Rick Rolled by zombie villages and random wells in the middle of nowhere!'
"HAHAHAHA! I MADE IT! This temple better have 6 diamonds and efficiency 3!"
Once I arrived I didn't waste any time, I quickly mined an orange terracotta and did a mlg water bucket clutch. After that I mined the pressure plate and went to get the TNT, but there wasn't any TNT there.
"What the hell? How? There's always TNT here?! Did a villager come here before me or something… Oh shit, he might've looted this place already, please no! I don't think I can find another one!"

He made his way to the Pillager Outpost and proceeded to slay every Pillager.
"Oh yeah, there are chests on top of these." I say as I eat bread to heal myself. "This chest is usually full of garbage anyways, I'll just get the banners."
As I jumped down and broke both banners, I saw the river he took to get to the desert
'Is that the river? Hopefully this Iron golem can fit in the boat.' I contemplate as I make my way over to the iron golems cage.
"Hey dude, you won't make a boat sink if you get in one right?"
"No… I don't think I will." He said, seemingly very offended.
"Alright then, I'll take you to Village Jaykenmein, where you can meet Tetsu the Iron Golem and the chief Armsworth."
"Sure I guess… just get me away from here. I don't want to see this Outpost a minute longer!"
They then traversed the river through the night, and found out they went the wrong way, turned around, and came back at sunset.
"You're back!" Yelled Josh. "With an… Iron Golem? Did you make him?"
"No, he did not make me, he just rescued me." Said the Iron Golem.
"Oh? Well, what's his name Theo, we can't have him here without knowing his name."
"Uh… Well uh… You see ah, Mmmmm…" I stutter in embarrassment
"My name is Ryan, at least you bothered to ask for my name." He said while staring into my soul.
"I uh… well, it has been fun talking to you guys… but I'd rather get better gear for now. I'll be back after I get obsidian."
"Already? But you only just came back, besides it's dark, you can't go without sleeping for too long or you'll attract phantoms." Said Josh
"I… I guess you're right. I'm going to go and call it a night, see you."
"Alright man."
I proceeds to sleep until sunrise.
