Hallie expected the next day to be quite boring, but she knew something was up when Mirabel entered her room at the usual time for cleaning. 


This time instead of looking slightly bored and put out as she usually did, the maid came in with a wicked smile all over her face.


“Is this really you,” Mirabel asked, “baking soda bikini girl?” 


At first Hallie was completely confused. Then another maid entered—Hallie was pretty sure her name was Linda—a bubbly young woman with dark, curly hair. She too was on the verge of laughing.


The maid had a tablet in her hand, and the music coming from it was vaguely familiar. Of course, it was the song that Perry wrote, the one where Hallie had performed in the music video! 


“Show her,” Mirabel said, and turned the screen toward Hallie so she could see the video.


It was her, dancing around on that ridiculous “beach”, which was nothing but a greenscreen.
