My name is Jasamina McCully and I am twenty years old.

Two years ago, my parents forced me to marry a rich congressman named Ludale McCully. A forty-five year old man that turned out to be the most abusive man on the whole planet.

"To save my family from poverty." My mother had said to me as she pushed me to marry the forty-five year old man. I was crying and begging my parents but they didn&#x27;t listen. I was just a means to an end.

He abused and beat me within an inch of my life for the past two years. Everytime I get the chance, I try to escape and every single time he finds me.

Then, he punishes me for ever trying to leave. The punishment is always worst than death. Because of that, I never tried to escape again.

After giving birth to my baby two months ago and loving him with my whole life...I know a time will come when I have to choose between being scared of my husband or trying to survive with my little boy.

THE HOMELESS BILLIONAIRE

My eyes handed on Tanner as he came out of the room with his bag. I got up and Anya got up too but her eyes was pinned on Tan's brother. I couldn't stop looking at Tanner.

"All ready?" I whispered hoarsely, lying the sleeping Jaimie at the crook of my shoulder. My throat suddenly became dry.

"All ready." Tann whispered as we all made our way out of the house. He stared at me and managed a smile.

As we stood at the front door, Xazix turned to us, his eyes on Anya. "I know you're a good girl, Anya. I'm glad you're going to stay here with Jasamina. Try not to make things hard for her, alright?"

Anya nodded shyly, "I'll never make things hard for them." She spared me a shy smile, "I like her and she likes me too. I like baby Jaimie too."

Xazix nodded in satisfaction. Then, his eyes landed on me. "Take care of each other and the baby. Try not to live in fear because you have no reason to live that way."
