Symbiotic parasite

On January 1st the largest meteor shower ever recorded began. How did something so magical and beautiful become the greatest disaster that almost wiped out the human race?



A: parasites. A type of parasite that was inside the meteorites with a great resemblance to those gelatinous slimes of different colors in the isekais.



After attaching to plants, animals or humans there are two types of results: it lives for its host in this case it is called a symbiont or it lives as a parasite at the expense of its host and turns it into a zombie.
