I was drenched in sweat by the time I came back to my own body. 


I wasn’t sure what it was exactly that Logan did to us, whether he had used magic or maybe just enhanced the type of connection that was already there between Eleonore and my brother and I, but I was grateful for it. There was something happening between Eleonore and Bastian that I didn’t like.


“What the h*ll was that?” Hayden asked as he voiced my thoughts.
