Liam, who was also a member of the Manhattan Shadows Pack, had been a source of steady and strength in Seth's life since they were very young. He would never forget the summer nights they spent chasing lightning bugs and drinking lemonade as the sun set and the moon rose. Liam would always be the brother he never had. They had each other's backs no matter what.


That is why Seth knew he needed Liam now. 


Seamus turned them both within days of each other when they were younger and took them both in under his wing, or paw is more accurate.


Seth took to Seamus easily. Followed the rules. Did what the pack needed. Did everything Seamus wanted, even if it had nothing to do with the pack.


Liam could have cared less about anything Seamus ever had to say. He did the bare minimum to stay in good with the pack, but he was always pushing Seamus's buttons. It was a bit of a game to Liam. A way to show off that he wasn't scared and really, he wasn't.
