Chapter 51 Nemesis.....
"So you want to fight hmm?" Aksed Nemesis as he stared at her with his dull eyes.
Kiyomi didn't reply as she just glared at Nemesis with so much hatred that if a single glare could kill Nemesis would've died the moment he injured Issei.
"Look, I'll give you a chance, just fly somewhere else and mind your own business and we won't hurt ya alright?" Said Nemesis with hope of not wasting more time.
"You really think I will leave my friends behind!? my precious mate behind!?" Roared Kiyomi out of fury as her aura spread violently.
"Wow, someone has terrible taste" Laughed Nemesis but that didn't affect Kiyomi, she was too used to this crap already plus all she cared about was that she still looked beautiful in issei's eyes that was enough for her.
"Just stop this crap and die already!" Roared Kiyomi as she fired a pink and white aura bullet.
That's right, issei taught her that skill.
As it hit nemesis it almost had almost no effect only a small scratch was evident even with a powerful skill like that she was not able to injure Nemesis.
"Wow, that was cute, but dear Kiyomi, you are no match for me as I am a much higher level than you and your so called friends and mate" Mocked Nemesis.
"Shut up!" Roared Kiyomi as she shot another aura bullet but with her flames infused into her attack making it stronger but not strong enough to injure Nemesis as he was just smirking all this time taking Kiyomi's attacks.
"That all you can do? I'm disappointed, I thought that you'll become a lot more stronger than this" Said nemesis as he shook his head in disappointment.
That just angered Kiyomi even more.
"I guess it's my turn don't ya think?" Asked Nemesis as he shot a compressed fireball with some of his aura infused into it.
Kiyomi didn't want to test her insurance so she used her wind skill to blow the attack away with her wings.
The attack returned back to Nemesis but he didn't even try to dodge it.
As his attack hit him with a loud explosion a smokescreen covered his whole body.
Kiyomi watched carefully but she didn't expect him to get out of the smoke this fast straight at her.
She didn't have any time to react nor dodge his onslaught so she just closed her eyes and waited for the hit to come but it never came.
She opened her eyes and saw Issei floating in front of her with a large air strike shield in Nemesis's jaws, not as big as the juggernaut shield tho.
With a little more power Nemesis shattered issei's air strike shield with ease and glared at issei.
"Don't interfere! this is a family business!" Roared Nemesis.
Before Issei could reply he was hit out of the sky back to the ground by Nemesis's tail.
"What an idiot, he should mind his own business....I shall kill him later....now onto where we left.... off" Said Nemesis as he trailed off at the end as he saw Kiyomi's eyes glowing bright pink and her power levels rising because of her rage.
She just saw how Nemesis hit Issei back at the ground with such force that made her angry beyond.
"You.....dare.....hurt.....my....mate....again!?" Roared Kiyomi as she somehow created a lot of pink magic circles with dragon runes and marks behind her.
'Fairy dragon magic!?' Roared Nemesis inside his head.
Nemesis just stared at her in awe but was too focused on watching and before he knew it he was hit by a torrent of pink beams that were immensely strong.
But as she finished her onslaught she was met with bigger scratches and small wounds. Nemesis staring at her with an amused grin.
She was panting from the exhaustion and barely able to keep flying steady in the air.
"Wow I must admit that was impressive magic.... sadly not enough to defeat me like that" Snickered Nemesis as he charged at Kiyomi and bit her neck hard.
She roared out of our pain as they started to fall down.
Before they hit the ground Nemesis let go of her and she fell down alone with a loud crash.
Luckily all of the adventurers who dealt with the monsters were already evacuated by Motoyasu, L'arc, Raphtalia, and Theresa, from this island to a safe one.
Nemesis landed and saw Kiyomi bruised up and slightly bleeding mostly from her neck where he bit her, she passed out only seconds later.
"Shame that I'll have to kill you but you didn't listen to me when I offered you to get out of here, now pay the price of your ignorance and die" Said Nemesis as he charged a compressed black and red fireball with his aura infused.
He was about to unleash his attack on the unconscious Kiyomi but he felt a powerful aura from his right.
He canceled his attack and saw Issei in his armor on his knee from the pain.
Issei looked at Kiyomi and saw her passed out from the injuries and bleeding.
He looked at Nemesis and saw him grinning like a true demon.
"I want to fight you before I kill her and you" Said Nemesis as he slowly approached issei and he stood twenty meters away from Issei.
"Territory creation!" Roared Nemesis as everything around them turned completely black.
"Like it? this is my domain as I rule here everything" Said Nemesis.
"In this domain we can fight without any limitations!" Roared Nemesis.
"But to give you more power...."Whispered Nemesis something issei didn't quite hear and saw Kiyomi was beaten, tortured, killed....
And that was the last straw for Issei as not only his eyes glowed but his whole body.
He has never felt so much rage, so much hatred for someone.
The light glowed so bright that Nemesis couldn't see Issei anymore for a few seconds before the light disappeared and revealed a tall metallic dragon..
Issei just transformed into his juggernaut drive.... without any chant, just with pure and utter rage he activated his juggernaut drive.
Issei glared at Nemesis with so much hatred, rage, and killing intent that it made Nemesis tremble, just a little.
'The aura that is coming from him is very familiar, hmmm' Thought Nemesis.
"What ya getting angry for all about hmmm?" Asked Nemesis.
Issei didn't answer as he charged at Nemesis full power.
"So we starting Huh.... alright! show me what you got!" Roared Nemesis as he charged at Issei too.
Issei bit Nemesis in his neck Nemesis as well but the major difference was that Issei couldn't penetrate Nemesis's defence while issei was bleeding from his neck.
Suddenly a screen popped up for Issei.
"Warning! host is in danger! enemy's level is too high for host to fight! level 313!*
'What!? level 313!? that's insane I have no chance of winning!' Thought Issei.
'Focus brother! it's not the first time you are fighting a more powerful enemy than you! remember he hurt your mate!' Roared Ddraig inside his head.
"That's right! that jerk hurt her! and it's not the first time! he will pay!" Roared Issei out of pure fury.
Before he could charge at Nemesis started to talk about his special ability.
"Like it? it's my special ability called territory creation, I can create my domain and do whatever I like. This is a space completely dominated by me and under my control. This pitched black void like space that I can use to trap large amounts of enemies and trap them inside it with no hope of escaping, the only way for you to escape my domain either I let you live or you have to slay Nemesis dragon of Void and Death!" Roared Nemesis proudly.
'System.....can I take this special ability of his?' Asked Issei.
*Attention! Yes the host can steal special abilities by either letting the shield consume their body parts or their magic core*
"Ooooh I definitely have to get my claws on that ability" Groweled issei.
"[BOOST BOOST BOOST BOOST BOOST BOOST BOOST BOOST BOOST BOOST BOOST BOOST BOOST BOOST BOOST BOOST BOOST BOOST BOOST BOOST BOOST BOOST BOOST BOOST BOOST BOOST BOOST] Boost Roars filled the void by Ddraig.
"INFERNO TYRANT SMASHER!" Roared Ddraig and issei as a large silver red beam infused with the most powerful flames hit Nemesis.
He roared in pain and as the beam disappeared it revealed Nemesis with a big scar on his neck and chest with a still slightly burning flame.
"What is this flame!?" Roared Nemesis as he glared at Issei.
"These are the most powerful flames called blazing inferno scorching flames! it my brother's and mine signature flames that can burn anything from the lowest of the lowest to literally gods! you are lucky that I still haven't mastered these flames otherwise you would have been dead a long time ago even if your level is much much higher than mine" Roared Issei with pride.
"I won't let you live! you are too dangerous for lord Dracul's plans!" Roared Nemesis.
"But first, let's break you" Said Nemesis as a sinister grin appeared.
"Fearsome nightmare!" Roared Nemesis.
'He used that last time' Thought Issei.
Suddenly everything changed around them, he was in his human form again.
Issei looked at the scene as it was the worst nightmare he has ever had.
Around himself he saw a bunch of dead bodies of adventurers and innocent people.
Everything around was burning.
"it's all your fault!" Shouted someone with hate.
Issei turned around to see L'arc there holding Theresa's dead, cold body that had many injuries.
Her skin was pale and bloodied.
"It's all your fault!" Shouted L'arc as he glared at Issei.
"Wh-what? L'arc...what's happening?" Aksed issei as he looked at him confused, and scared to believe that it was all true.
But it felt way too real.
"She died because of you! everyone died because of you!" Shouted L'arc as his voice became distorted as he lit up and burned alive with Theresa's corpse.
"What's happening?" Aksed Issei himself.
He looked back to where Nemesis was last standing and saw the queen and Melty hugging each other as they sat on the ground.
"I thought that you were a hero!" Shouted Melty with tears streaming down her face.
"I'm very disappointed in you Issei, I thought that you were our saviour" Said the queen as both of them burned to ash.
"The hell is going on!?" Roared Issei as he started to panic and look all around until he spotted Agil.
"Damn kid, what have you done" Said Agil as he shook his head in a disapproving manner until he burned to ash too.
"Issei why?" Asked a sweet voice behind.
He turned around and saw Raphtalia with tears as she was on the ground on her knees.
"I thought you trusted me! I thought you loved me!" Shouted Raphtalia.
"I do trust you! I do love you!" Roared issei as he ran up to her to hug her.
But before he could embrace her she burned to ash like the others did.
Issei started to tear up.
But it wasn't over, not yet.
"I thought I was beautiful to you.....I thought I could trust you....I thought you were different from the others!" Roared Kiyomi.
Issei turned to look at her and saw her in her human form with her dress ruined and her bloodshot eyes.
"Kiyomi wait!" Shouted Issei as he started to run towards her but he was too late again as he saw Nemesis behind her.
Before he could do anything Nemesis just ate her as Kiyomi's blood splattered all around.
Issei stared at where Kiyomi was as his eyes became a dull as all light of life disappeared.
Issei shut his eyes as he couldn't look at the scene in front of him anymore.
The illusion that Nemesis created disappeared and revealed a smirking Nemesis as he looked at Issei in his Juggernaut drive roaring from the agony.
It satisfied Nemesis a lot so he thought it was time to end it.
But before that could happen.
*Skill activate! skill Dragon's wrath has been activated! Hatred level 100/100*
Issei looked at Nemesis with his dull eyes that were filled only with pure and utter hatred.
"Hm? what's this? you still can fight after all of that?" Aksed amused and Impressed Nemesis.
"You will pay! you will pay! YOU WILL PAY!" Roared Issei.
Suddenly issei's power skyrocketed as an enormous aura spread from within him.
"YOU WILL PAY!" Roared Issei as he continued on boosting, such rage impressed even Ddraig.
"Shadow chains of curses!" Roared Issei.
Nemesis wasn't expecting to be wrapped in some kind of chains, he didn't worry too much but then he felt something ominous from the chains.
The chains placed a curse on him.
"You dare on cursing me!?" Roared a now furious Nemesis.
Issei placed a curse that slowly ate Nemesis's powers and stamina away and Nemesis felt that.
Nemesis charged at issei as full speeds with the intention of murder.
Issei saw him coming but he didn't move as he charged another attack, four combined attacks to be more precise.
He reeled his giant claws back as he boosted and two orbs appeared in front of his claws.
He opened his jaws and a small orb appeared there too.
He compressed the power orbs and released his attacks as he hit two orbs with his claws and the third one from his jaws.
"DOUBLE TYRANT BLAST! INFERNO TYRANT SMASHER OF POISONS!" Roared issei.
Three beams were shot at Nemesis.
The beams hit Nemesis but Nemesis didn't stop as he endured the pain.
Nemesis got close to Issei and tackled him down by extreme force.
He then used his powerful fire breath and started to melt issei.
Issei roared from the agony he felt.
"Suffer you weakling!" Roared Nemesis after he backed away a little.
He then started to stomp on issei's head as blood gushed out from issei's mouth, no not just mouth as blood was everywhere.
"Hahaha is that all you have!? weak! now you'll die for nothing! and every friend of yours will follow suit as well as Kiyomi" Said Nemesis as he started to slowly walk into the distance.
"Ki-yo-mi....I'm.... Sorry....." Whispered Issei as he accepted his death as he closed his eyes until he heard something inside his head.
*Master!*
'Master?' Thought issei confused as he slowly opened his eyes.
*Master! use this chant! it will defeat Nemesis!*
Issei looked at the chant on the screen and widened his eyes.
He slowly stood up with his silver melted and broken armor that was mostly painted in his blood.
"Ddraig...you ready?" Aksed Issei weakly.
"I'm always with you brother" Said Ddraig with confidence.
"Then.....let's finish this...."Said Issei weakly.
Nemesis felt movement behind and as he turned around he saw Issei standing.
"Woah! that's unexpected! you have an extreme will to win! I'll give ya that but you have no chances of winning" Said Nemesis.
"Dragon's will!" Roared issei as he regained his full energy but he didn't repair the armor he immediately started to chant as it cost a lot of his energy as It was.
"Heh, sorry but I have places to be so just die" Said Nemesis as he charged at Issei again full speed but suddenly everything turned gray.
Issei's left eye glowed golden as a golden clock with small gears inside of it turning replaced his reptilian eye.
His left green slit completely was replaced by a golden clock.
*Evolution! Gear evolution! Master's balor view has evolved and is fifty times stronger! cost- left eye sacrifice*
"Heed my call!
I'm the heavenly dragon king of Domination and protection
I call for the all mighty red dragon of Domination!
Help me in this battle as I release you from your eternal prison once again!
Come forth DDRAIG!" Roared Issei as his gems glowed intensely red and blinded issei in the process as he fell on his knees.
The light died down and Issei was revealed on the ground in a puddle of his own blood without his armor looking with a smug grin as he saw someone out of his prison once again before passing out from his injuries and exhaustion.
Everything turned back to normal as issei's balor view couldn't work with him being unconscious.
"Who the hell are you!?" Roared Nemesis as he stared at the red western dragon who appeared out of nowhere.
"I'm the heavenly dragon of Domination, brother of Issei the heavenly dragon king of Domination and Protection! and the one who shall slay you!" Roared Ddraig as the whole void echoed with Ddraig's booming voice.
"Slay me!? hah! I'd like to see you try!" Roared amused Nemesis that was until he felt Ddraig's aura.
The power the Nemesis felt was terrifying.
Nemesis raised his aura but his aura stood no chance as it was completely dominated by Ddraig's.
"Let's see who is the weakling now" Said Ddraig with a smirk.
Nemesis fired a fire ball of dark flames but as his flames hit Ddraig it had no effect what so ever.
"Is that all you got! Ha! I've seen better!" Roared Ddraig as he fired a fire ball of his own.
Ddraig's flames hit Nemesis and it burned like hell.
He was screeching from the pain, from the agony.
Nemesis hasn't felt anything like that before in his long life.
As Ddraig cancelled out his flames he walked towards a supposed dragon that was on the ground in a large puddle of blood with melted scales and missing limbs.
"You truly are pathetic" Snarled Ddraig.
Suddenly they disappeared from the void and returned back to the battlefield where the wave began.
Kiyomi was already awake and saw a big red dragon with Nemesis under his claws.
Kiyomi flew towards the Red dragon and Nemesis.
"Who are you?" Asked a cautious Kiyomi as she didn't know who the dragon was but she felt his power was enormously more powerful than Nemesis and that proved by Nemesis laying under his claws.
"You know me already, I'm Ddraig, but that's not what's important right now, issei needs healing potions go and help him" Said Ddraig as he looked towards issei's direction.
Kiyomi was shocked to see Ddraig out of issei's boosted gear but she didn't question anything further because issei was her first priority.
As she got to him she saw just how beaten he was.
So many wounds and blood.
She hurriedly poured the dragon's essence down his throat and on his injuries.
She saw his breathing stabilized.
Kiyomi let out a sigh of relief as she picked issei up from the ground and walked back towards Nemesis and Ddraig.
"Ki-yomi" Said Nemesis weakly.
Kiyomi looked straight at him and the major difference she noticed was that his eyes regained the light they lost from back then.
"I'm.....so sorry.....I.... couldn't protect you...I was controlled..by..... Dracul..like many others...still are....sorry.....I hope you'll be alright with....your new life...and please ....
don't die..." Said Nemesis before he closed his eyes and blood started to gush out from his mouth because the poison kicked in and hastened his death.
Nemesis died...
Kiyomi started to sob as Ddraig transformed into his human form.
suddenly Nemesis's body lit up and burned to ash and left a strange black crystal ball on the ground.
Ddraig took the ball and put it in his pocket dimension.
He turned to look at Kiyomi and saw her hugging Issei tightly.
"Let's go to the others" Said Ddraig as he transformed into his true form and let Kiyomi get on top of him with Issei in her arms.
She wasn't in a state of flying so Ddraig did that instead.
Plus he missed flying he was trapped into that damned prison of his again after all.
With a loud flap of his wings Ddraig took off into the air and returned back to the main island...
