The Feeling of Peace

Anita stopped struggling and her heart softened. She lowered her head slightly and attached herself to Owen. Seeing that Anita stopped struggling and obediently lay in his arms, Owen couldn't help but reach out and hug Anita tighter.

The two of them had not been close to each other for many days. After today's misunderstanding and argument, the feeling of being together again was really different.

Anita leaned her face against Owen's shoulder and smelled the familiar scent coming from him. For some reason, she felt relieved.

She had male friends, male colleagues, male seniors, and they all smelled different, but only by staying beside Owen and smelling his faint masculine perfume and aftershave would she feel comfortable.

She leaned closer to Owen and sniffed his scent twice, then kissed his neck.
