Expansion!
The figures cast their gaze towards William in anticipation as suddenly another pillar of light ascended from beneath their feet. Within seconds it dissipated leaving a completely upgraded new force, all at Class F. William nodded slightly in satisfaction towards the hundreds of figures before him, a sense of confidence appearing inside. Shortly after the light descended 8 figures approached William and greeted him, these figures included two chief scientists in their respective fields like Xavier. One is Vincent McMillan who excels in equipment research and Alicia Jacobson a surprisingly young 18-year-old prodigy excelling in areas from industry to energy. Lastly, 6 tall, noble yet lethal-looking figures clad in white gold futuristic armor knelt before William and exclaimed, "We exist to serve, till death we shall serve!" The figures then stood up and created a formation behind William.
William noticed that on the corner of the system interface a gold notification was blinking, when he opened it an area to name the bodyguard group appeared. It seemed some special units are given the privilege of a special name from the Monarchs. After thinking for a while William named them the Asatari Guard. After dealing with minor matters William passed on the Kinetic Rifle which was a mid-class Kinetic weapon to Vincent to derive its data to replace the weapons of soldiers with it. William then proceeded to place automatic sentry turrets and watchtowers on the walls, afterwards he sent 35 units of Class F soldiers to protect the walls and ordered the rest to get on the armored jeeps with Henry and go hunting. After placing the rest of the buildings strategically he sent several civilians to train in the barracks to convert to soldiers, although the time taken to train is up to 3 days normally for Class F soldiers, it's more cost-effective than directly buying small squads from the system shop. Finally, he ordered Alicia to research methods to convert spirit energy into multipurpose energy and sent the rest of the civilians to collect resources.
The second day's tasks completely drained William but he knew he had to check what was happening around Eden so he opened the chat interface on the system.

"Haha, I finally killed a Class F fire buffalo! My wolfman race is so OP!!! Watch me take over Eden!
"Little bro, my skeleton army is itching for a fight, I already have a hundred skeletons, care to show your map coordinates?"
"All of you stop your useless bragging, different races are all weak compared to a human-type cultivation civilization! I'm already at the second body refining realm, try me!"
"Not true, different races have different advantages, plus humans are naturally weak compared to other creatures, even my hobgoblin race can kill humans with cultivation purely relying on basic strength and numbers."
"Mhm, I agree. My half-dragon race is already comparable to third realm body refiners in physical strength, plus they can fly."

Something William completely overlooked dawned on him. Races! The race that Monarchs start with varies in the thousands, there are some races such as dragon types and angel types that naturally have an advantage at the start. He knew that to survive and eventually dominate in Eden he needed to speed up his plans. Lastly, although hesitant he put aside past issues and checked the family chat.

Michael: "William, why aren't you near us? Tell us where you are so we can save you, we already joined our bases together with your sisters and have 300 human cultivators with us. Here's our location [************]."
Samantha: "Why do you always cause so much trouble for us, William? Hurry up where are you? Your sister can't waste time outside, she needs to hunt beasts to strengthen us."
Sasha: "Where are you dumb brother, I can't find you within 300 meters, there are Class E monsters further ahead, are you in a bad situation? Open the map you can see the coordinates of your base and the areas you've gone to."
William: "You won't be able to find me I'm far off, just stay safe, I can take care of myself."
Samantha: "WE WOULDN'T WORRY IF YOU WERE THAT CAPABLE, now where are you, don't be scared and explore outside the base, most creatures at F Class can be killed if you try hard, you're stronger than back on earth!"

William sighed slightly before closing the chat. He continued walking into the palace bedroom before closing the door and lying on the massive bed, whilst his Asatari stood guard outside completely blocking the door outside. He sat down on the bed cross-legged before pulling out the energy absorption manual copy and began practicing, although the Gene Serum was extremely powerful and could move someone to the peak of a major realm the absorption manual converted by Williams talent did the same thing just in a longer time frame, not continuing his practice just because it was slower to do it manually was a weak mindset, William made sure that he nor his forces had this method of thinking. Everyone, including civilians, was given the manual to practice, which also ensured in the future recruit soldiers were relatively strengthened beforehand. As William closed his eyes multiple notifications began ringing in his mind.

As William opened his eyes he felt a newfound strength within, rather than his body itself, his entire mind, body, and soul seemed to have achieved a large leap in power. If he focused he could see even the individual threads on his bedsheet. It had been 5 days since he went into seclusion and he finally stepped out after getting dressed. When William opened the door he was greeted by the Asatari who had faithfully guarded him the entire time without leaving. Something William noticed was that all the guards had reached level 10, after realising that the gene production line was running William signaled the guards to follow before stepping outside. However, what greeted William outside was an unexpected scene.
Hundreds of monster corpses are being processed for cores and parts and being placed in storage, soldiers standing in formation performing drills, drones flying overhead scanning the perimeters, properly paved roads laid out between houses and factories, and most importantly a lighting system! It seems massive accomplishments were made in the few days William was absent. Just at this time Vincent, Xavier and Alicia rushed over to William, all three looked extremely tired yet excited. Alicia who was faster on her feet rushed over to William but unexpectedly jumped up and hugged William and shouted, "Lord! I completely mastered turning spirit energy into multiple forms to power our base and equipment!". Everyone including William was slightly stunned and only after a few seconds did Alicia realise what she did and quickly got off William, bowed slightly, and ran back next to Vincent with a completely red face. William couldn't help but smile at her which everyone noticed and the tense atmosphere quickly dissipated. Next Vincent stepped forward and reported to William, "My Lord. I have finished deriving the data and formed a blueprint for a mid-class Kinetic rifle and from it, multiple other weapon forms for our drones and other weaponry such as turrets, mass production can start as soon as tomorrow!" William was pleased with the speed of both of them and nodded with a smile, last Xavier came forward and explained his progress, "Lord. With the supply of spirit cores and the energy manuals idea I managed to finish a trial product for the Grade 2 Gene Serum! Within 2 days I'll begin mass production!"
William nodded with satisfaction before speaking, "Well done, however, remember to rest, I have no use for people who overexert themselves and end up useless further along the line, rest well you all are the core of my power and I expect you all to stand alongside me during my future accomplishments." Although William's words were slightly harsh a sense of care erupted from them and caused most of the research team and soldiers to feel grateful to serve a Monarch who treated his followers with such care, some even moved to tears. One had to realise that in Eden most Monarchs regarded their followers as mere tools and commodities for personal use without any understanding or respect for their lives.
