Shortly after conversing with Alicia, Xavier and the rest William allowed them to return to their duties before heading over to the trade section on the system. With the huge boost in combat power given to the soldiers, Henry and his men had killed a few hundred Class F beasts and dozens of Class E beasts worth hundreds of Gold Edens completely securing a large area beyond the walls of the base.

Just as William was about to begin purchasing again, a loud system notification appeared.

After about a minute of blinding white lights engulfing the entire base it receded to reveal a magnificently structured new base, the walls expanded a further 20 kilometers, now tens of meters high, and the material changed into a special alloy class wall, the buildings all upgraded into a matching blue and white theme made of metallic alloy, the most noticeable change being Monarchs Palace now at a height of nearly 2 kilometers above the ground on a large circular platform overlooking the entire territory, extended to the sky from a tall strong spinal structured curved tower. However, William's time enjoying the new scenery of his territory was short-lived as multiple golden and red-colored messages appeared on the system.
[Ding! [World Announcement]: The seventh day of Eden has come to an end, congratulations Monarchs for surviving and growing to this point! The novice protection period is now voided and all of Edens affairs are open to Monarchs, live as you see fit!]

Such comments flooded the chats, William only bothered to reply quickly to the family chat saying it's nothing special but hunting monsters. He wasn't wrong, it's just he greatly understated the scale of how he operates. William wasn't as heartless as he wanted to be, he would be sure to protect and bring his family under his protection regardless of past issues, however his sister was clearly protecting them well and he wasn't planning on revealing his greatest secret to anyone, regardless of even blood ties. Moving on from the useless message board, he quickly muted the millions of notifications for friend requests he received before continuing to travel around the base.
However at this time in different areas around Eden, several figures glanced at the ignored messages and showed a range of expressions, some fuming with anger whilst surrounded by kneeling black red demons, some looking intrigued whilst sitting atop giant azure blue four-legged dragons and some looking baffled whilst staring down at their slowing expanding villages with floating fairy spirits on both sides. All these issues however were unknown and of little worth to William, as now he was excitedly opening his new gift pack!

A new manual and blueprints were the most exciting for William, he quickly called Xavier and Vincent before passing on the energy blade for analysis and deriving the energy manuals concepts. Next, he called Alicia who was still working in a frenzy making rapid developments and asked her to allocate resources to have the new Class E mid-class chain kinetic turrets blueprint and resource transport drone production line blueprint be constructed and being production as soon as possible. Lastly, he called Henry and ordered him to take a large team of soldiers and locate the ore veins and make safe routes for the civilians to collect resources and establish mining sites.
With Williams remaining funds he went over to the system shop and began 'shopping', one of William's few forms of entertainment he had when always managing his territory. Purchasing a varying set of items from the new 150 man soldier companies, 1000 man society civilian groups, Class E armored transports blueprint, basic armored transport sets including some tanks, many Class E upgrade templates for soldiers to Asatari, and a myriad of other items that can be bought mainly in basic blueprint forms such as plumbing and energy generators to be derived and converted to match Edens needs and new sets of housing and factories.
As William finished assigning tasks and waited for his base to continue expansion, he shifted his attention towards establishing a proper surveillance system and scouting nearby bases, and maybe even finding his family's locations on the way. With William's newfound strength at level 11, he swiftly traversed his way to the top of the north side of the defensive wall, his Asatari closely behind him. Once William reached the top and was directly facing the forest he slowly raised his hand before pointing outwards towards the core of the forest when suddenly large hovering drones rushed into the sky from behind William before rushing into the forest, each drone emitting large blue grid-patterned lasers mapping every inch of the forest. The surrounding forest is extremely large spanning several thousands of kilometers and most definitely housing other Monarchs, these Monarch were the future competitors and threats towards William's safety and goals so he was firm in his heart to strike first and strike hard to avoid unnecessary trouble later down the line. Just as William had completed handing out commands and prepared to step down from the wall a dark object breaking through the air and rushing towards his way forced him to halt and turn himself to guard his body at the object that was too close now to avoid.
