Mu Yuexin was heartbroken but at the same time, she was relieved that there was not another life that would live without a father and suffer. Her complexion greatly improved. She went back to the apartment and when she walked out from the lift, she saw a box on the floor. 

Mu Yuexin picked it up and went inside. She placed the box on the table and slowly unboxed it. 

"A cake… " Mu Yuexin murmured and when she took out the cake from the box, she saw a note underneath.

She picked up the note and saw it had only one line on it.

It was a simple and crudely written line but that was enough to make Mu Yuexin shed tears. A birthday that even she had forgotten, was remembered by someone she had never imagined.
