He continues to act normally while being bothered by his inability to comprehend emotions which he counts as the price to pay for his apparent gift but feels more like a curse to him.

 Struggling to keep himself from standing out to avoid unwanted attention, also having minimal knowledge about the intricaces of his world left him feeling extremely unfulfilled.

 Trying to fill the void in his soul he began to search for something he couldn't overcome in a flash.
 
 All changes when he decides to dive into a vrmmorpg and begins to see humanity's true face when exposed to their mortality and a small ray of hope began to shine for our MC. 

A chance to fill the void in his soul or cause it to become completely hollow.

will he remain indifferent to the world around him or be immersed in it as well.

MATTER IMMERSION Sao

          I was on my way to the grocery store and decided to take the route through the park when I was suddenly hit with a massive migraine. The pain became so unbearable that I could barely stop myself from screaming out loud, I started sweating profusely and eventually passed out.


            When I came to, the sun was close to setting and I noticed  a slight change in me. I could think and comprehend faster but it was barely noticeable due to my already sharp mind but my instincts and intuition which I have honed through numerous practices became heightened. I knew something happened but I had to get home and rest because it was getting late and I was exhausted.


           Arriving home, I immediately took a bath and went to bed, everything else can be settled with a sound mind and body. I woke up at around 4am in the morning, began to analyze my situation today and came up with no plausible explanation and just decided to get my self checked up to prevent future problems from occurring. The lights were still out and it was still dark out, I went out for my early morning exercise and began to notice that I was more attentive towards people around me than ever before.


           "Mikey, up and about already, it's good to stay in shape but try not to overdo it, okay." Mrs Tachibana said to me when I ran past her.  


 "How many times have I told you about calling me ma'am, just call me neechan or do I look so old to you"  she said mirthfully but I could feel my instincts flaring and decided to bail before digging a deeper hole for myself.


        Similar situations continue to occur and by the time I was done with my workout I realized I could read people's intentions and words separately therefore I just became a discount lie detector. "This just keeps getting weirder"I said out loud. I freshened up, had breakfast and got ready for the day. 


        The school semester was already over and we were on holidays. The day was 6th of November 2022. I have been following up on the news lately about the vrmmorpg that's all the rage this season" SWORD ART ONLINE". Prior to official launch, «Sword Art Online» Closed Beta was available to 1,000 beta testers for a one month period from August to September 2022. During that period, «Sword Art Online» was lauded as an incredible experience, and it received extremely positive reviews despite the actual difficulty of the game. After the Closed Beta Testing ended, the Beta Testers were given the opportunity to pre-order the game.


 Sadly I wasn't one of them but today the producers ARGUS are releasing 10000 copies of the game for users to login join the fun and I won't miss this chance to see the fabled floating castle called AINCRAD that consists of 100 floors total.


          He quickly got dressed , then went to the store selling said game before it became crowded and grabbed himself a copy and also a nervegear with his allowance given to him by his brother who hasn't been home for a while because of work. He excitedly rushed home and didn't bother to contact any of his *friends* or post about it online because he has been anticipating this for a long time. Finished calibrating the device, he put it on and started it up not knowing he would be embarking on a very dangerous journey.
