Break Up?

It's already dark when the three went home. After walking here and there, trying every activity available, eating foods and taking a lot of pictures inside the Asura Town, both Kinrue and Kian fall asleep as soon as they're inside the taxi. Kian leans on the right side of Raven while Kinrue is on the left. They are on the backseat while the souvenir they bought are on the passenger seat. Even though Raven is not comfortable in his position, he's glad the day is almost over. It's his first time to feel exhausted and more than half of it is Kinrue's fault.

Since she met the woman, there's no day he feels comfortable. School, work or private life, he always get involves with her. But the way she acts before is still vivid in his memory. He has a feeling that she got mad not because someone took a picture of her, but it triggers some kind of fear. Since, after wearing an eyeglass again, she changes into her usual self.

A sigh escape his mouth while scanning his phone, its full of her picture.

"Hmm... Ribbit your warm." Kinrue mumble, clinging to his arm unconsciously.

"R-Ribbit? Tsk." He shrugs his head.

He looks back to scanning the photos until he reaches the last one. It's a photo of them with the famous Asura Mascot. Kinrue stands beside it while she clings to Raven's arm. Using her right hand, she post a V sign and smile genuinely. Though they have many pictures that shown how force he's been, this time he looks at the camera with an expressionless face.

After a few minutes, the taxi driver stop in the address Raven give before. Even without going outside the car, he saw his sister-in-law waiting outside their house.

He's about to push Kinrue on the other side to take the child to his mom but she didn't let go of his arm. He tried again once, twice and thrice, but she didn't budge and tightened it. In the end, he calls his sister-in-law and tells her the direction of the taxi. It only took a few seconds before she knock on the taxi's door.

"Raven, I'm really sorry for the trouble." She said, leaned down to take the child, but her eyes widened. For a moment she stop—stared at Kinrue's direction. "Y-you're with someone,"

"A-ah... Yeah, rather than Kian, I'm more troubled by this woman. I can't help you take Kian inside, sorry." He said.

"I-It's fine. Both of you must be tired."

"Besides, don't tell my brother or parents about her... Can you do me that favor?" They stare at each other.

"O-of course,"

"See you around,"

"Thanks again, take care."

As soon as the door close, he told the driver to go to another address.

Next day, Kinrue wake up because of the sun's rays hitting her face. She rolls over along with the comforter that made her look like inside the sleeping bag. It's cold even it's already morning. The bed feels softer than usual and there's a lavender scent surrounding the room. She's about to sleep again, but someone pulls the comforter. It made her roll over on the other side, fall straight on the ground with butt first.

"A-argh! W-what the hell?!!" she said in an annoyed tone while holding her back.

"Sleeping beauty. It's already afternoon. Don't you want to wake up anymore?" She heard someone said in a sarcastic tone.

"H-huh? Let me sleep."

"Wake-up! If you want to sleep all day, then go back to your own house."

Kinrue stand up with annoyance but after giving a glance to the man in front, her eyes almost came out in surprise.

"What are you doing here?" She asked, almost raised her voice.

"I should be the one saying those words. You have a worst sleeping habit and I don't expect you to sleep like a dead person. I can't even sleep a wink. So, while I'm still kind, leave my house." He gives him a force smile.

She looks around to make sure this is not her room, but in surprise, everything inside is not familiar. This place is way too cozy and wide than her shabby place. She cleared her voice, looks at him.

"Did I do something?"

"You did a lot of unexpected and embarrassing things. It's a nightmare."

"Like?"

"You have a terrible sleep walk habit, you talk a lot in your sleep and snore loud. The worst thing..."

"W-worst? Did I do something more than those things?" She asked in surprise.

"You cuddle on me the whole night. What kind of animal are you?" He shouts out of frustration that startles her. "Oh, before I forgot, my name is Raven, not Ribbit."

No words came out to her mouth, didn't even make an excuse to escape from embarrassment. She knows herself well than others. Maybe she got tired and did those things unconscious. Most of the time she only cuddles, it's an everyday habit since child.

"W-well, I apologize for what I did. It's a bad habit."

"Go home,"

"Can't you just offer food for me to eat?"

"You're a shameless person. Get up, eat and leave my house. Do you get it?"

"Of course. Well, next time wake me up nicely. Am I a toy?"

"Toy? You're worse than a toy," he said, frowning his brows.

She gives him an awkward laugh before standing up—get the comforter and fix it clean on the bed. Even without looking, she felt the intense gaze Raven gives. This time, she'll let it go, his attitude. Since the one who's at fault is here. Patience. She needs tons of it. After fixing the bed, she stride towards the bathroom, but his gaze didn't break to the point it feels uncomfortable. It's as if he's about to kill her through a stare. A sigh escapes her mouth and turns to him.

"I'll leave, okay? Don't need to feed me anymore." She rolls her eyes and head straight to the bathroom.

It only took a few minutes to finish her morning routine but as soon as she go outside the bathroom, Raven's still sitting on the bed with cross leg and arms. He gives her a look from head to toe.

"I didn't do something." She said, raise both arms and turn around. But Raven still gives him a doubtful stare.

She couldn't help but roll her eyes again because of how distrustful this man act. It hurts her pride. She walk towards him, get both hands and let it touch her shoulder.

"What are you doing?" He asked, gaze straight at her with a sharp look.

"Check every nook and crook of my body. I hate that doubt look you give." She said with confident.

Raven's hand went down to the waist. It made her flinch, but try not to show any reaction. "You're shameless. You'll let a man check your petite body like this? Do you see yourself as a woman right now?"

A smirk escape Kinrue's lips. "Of course, I'm a woman from head to toe, but as long as it's you who's in front of me, I wouldn't mind."

"Huh? Are you sure?"

"A hundred percent besides, you said it yourself. In your eyes, I'm not a woman."

Silence lingers between them before Raven burst out laughing. He even lies down on the bed, holding his stomach. This kind of act, make Kinrue feel annoyed. She turns her back to him and is about to walk outside, but he wraps his arm around her waist—still chuckling.

"Y-you're really something, elf. I have a good laugh because of you."

"Wow. Good for you," she said sarcastically. "Anyway, laughing too hard might kill you. Why don't you try?"

"Well, too bad. I'm not as empty head as you."

Kinrue's ears get beet red because of anger. She clenches both fists and is about to turn to him, but the door abruptly opens. There they saw a shock face of Arisa Haruna. She looks back and forth to them while Kinrue freezes, as if her heart stops beating for a moment.

"A-ah... S-sorry, I didn't know someone is here. Sorry, I'm really sorry." She said, close the door again.

"A-ah, wait."

"Don't explain anymore. They only believe on what they saw." Raven let go of her and stand up.

"Hey, are you not worried someone sees us? Are you used to this kind of situation? Well, I'm not."

"Look back on where this mess starts. It's all your fault."

"All my fault? From the start until now, it's all your fault, not mine." She raised her voiced, glared at him.

"It's you who approach and blame me for your failed confession,"

"It's you who ruined everything I planned,"

"Oh, your empty head can't remember, right? The person you admired that time has a girlfriend before you even confessed. In short, from the start, it's just an illusion."

Kinrue grits her teeth, clenches both fists tight. She didn't know how they'll end up in this conversation, but she only feels madness towards the man in front. No words came out to her mouth, she just step back and storm out the room without saying a word. She saw Mirko and Gayle in the living room but ignored it with flare eyes, as if at any minute she'll attack anyone.

On the other side, Raven came out to his room, watching her walk outside the house.

"W-what happened to both of you, dude? She looks damn mad," Mirko said.

"Are you not going to follow her?" Gayle asked.

"Let her be. She's old enough to accompany herself." He walks towards the sofa, about to sit beside Mirko, when the door open again.

They all look towards it, but saw the raging aura of Kinrue, who's looking fixed only to Raven's direction.

"Let's break up!" She shouted out of her lungs.

All of their jaw drop on what she said. Both Kinrue and Raven stare at each other for a few seconds before she storms out, slam the door hard. It made a loud banging sound that startle the rest.
