"I don't want to lose you."

"What's funny, master?" Rodel asked. He felt iffy about the young duke's laughter.

Christopher then stopped laughing loudly as he could feel the two gazing at him, but then he didn't share why he was laughing loudly. He just moved to face Ginalou and gently pushed her forward.

"Oh, sorry. Here princess, ask that creature everything you are curious about."

"R-really? I can?"

"Yes."

Ginalou stared at Christopher for a moment, then proceeded to order the humanoid rodent.

"I want material regarding our ancestor."

Ginalou has a lot to ask, but she just asks about their ancestors first and will ask the rest after she looks into the material.

Rodel stared at the princess for a moment, then looked at Christopher before snapping his tiny human fingers.

Shing!

Books, scrolls, and magic tools suddenly flew up from the pile and floated around Ginalou and Christopher.

"Are you going to read her or are you going to take it?"
