Total Concentration

Yukino wakes up in pain

He complains about it to the doctors and they gives him his medicine doubled

He gets up to train

Maiagru: Today we will learn how to use total concentration breathing

Yukino: What is that?

Maiagru: It's when you can always use your breathing without focusing on it

Yukino: Oh that's great I need to learn that

Maiagru: They said they wanted all three of us to meet them in the training room in 30 minutes

Yukino takes his medication and heads to the training room

He stands with the others

The teacher is Shinobu

Shinobu: Today you three will learn total concentration breathing and for you to do that you will need to go beyond your limit

Yukino: Yes mam

They began training blowing to the breathing jar and trying to learn it

Yukino: This is harder than I thought!

Maiagru does it perfectly and he finished the first part of learning the new technique

They try for a few hours and Yukino or Saigo and they finishes it for the day

They go to there room and Yukino takes his medicine and gets into the bed and goes to sleep

He wakes up in a white place where his siblings are playing and his mom is watching the kids play

Yukino: Mo- Mom?

Mom: Yukino hey son….

He wakes up and goes outside and sits there

Shinobu walks out

Shinobu: Hey! Can't get any sleep?

Yukino: No….

Shinobu: Listen… After today you can't give up on yourself that easy

Yukino: I feel like I can't do it and I'm failing my family

Shinobu: Listen to me Yukino...

Shinobu: You are destined for great things and you can't lose your goal by giving up

Shinobu: Even when you feel like you have to don't do it because you are strong!

Yukino: Thanks and I really needed that

He heads back to sleep
