The beautiful monster then strutted away and knelt down in front of Freya. She held her hands a few inches away from either side of Freya's head and an ice-blue glow came out of her hands and into Freya's temples. After around thirty seconds she stood back up and began to morph again into the little blue orb. The orb then hovered beside Freya for a few seconds then flew into the wall leaving behind an ice-blue smoke. Once the smoke had begun to disperse, the control she had over Mason and I went with it. Mason took off running towards Freya and I crawled over to Ellie. I picked up her gray and lifeless body off the floor and cradled her like a baby. I rested my head on hers as I wept into her cherry-scented blonde hair. My heart broke knowing that I would never again get to tell her how much I truly loved her.
