I snickered and the lights went off, the expanse radiated a soft red underneath us and we looked around.

  Gasps erupted as we floated in the room, all of us were out of control while it developed into an ocean, bubbles escaped my mouth as we saw unusual merpeople.

With the head of snappers and bluish-grey humanoid bodies with gills on their sides.

Unlike us, they were very much harmonized to the water.

"How are we supposed to fight these things if we can't even throw a punch?"

 Frieda sighed and dropped her book going to the door to check who knocked, she smiled at Konstante 


"What a pleasant surprise," She said as Konstante walked in beaming at then, her presence seemed to radiate joy and they huddled her grinning. 


 "We are going out this evening and I want all of you to join us" 


"Out? At night?" Zeke looked around spooked as if a manticore was going to carry him off next. She laughed and touched his shoulder to snap out of it 


"And who must you be?" Robbie folded his arms pleased at the new friends. 


 Pietro walked in with his head low playing games on his phone. He looked up at all of them as if he didn't know, then he shoved his phone into his pocket as he had enough and shook Robbie's hand. 


"You were supposed to be my eyes and ears," He said to her and Konstante smiled at that before he plonked down. 


"Which means you have good taste, Grandmaster"
