After the BBQ, it was late, so I decided I would spend the night at Oliver's. His cousins went to bed early, and Oliver and I hung out in the backyard under the stars, lounging on the chairs next to the pool. We talked about everything, from our favorite shows to embarrassing stories from college. I liked spending time with him.


I tried to ignore my feelings toward Oliver, but I noticed the longer I spent with him, the stronger they got. I was certainly attracted to him. He was gorgeous, and everything about him turned me on. His beautiful smile, the way his eyes sparkled when he talked, even the way he looked at me, with that intense, serious gaze. He drove me absolutely crazy in a good way.
