007 : Interlude

Another two years passed quickly as the time for the graduation was approaching quickly.

Many things changed in these two years too.

My strength, well let's say I can compete with elite Jonins if I go all out, but that may be an arrogant estimation, I haven't fought a single human with all of my power yet.

My Arsenal of Ninjutsus and Genjutsus was forever increasing, I can say that the title of the 'Man of a Thousand Jutsus' belonged to me, literally, I learned every jutsu there was in the Uchiha Arsenal except the S-rank ones, they had some conditions I had to fullfill before I could learn them.

I had even made quite a few on my own as well, I currently knew 1328 Jutsus in total.

But there was a difference in knowing and being proficient in, there were only a couple hundred Jutsus that I could do without mistakes while only a dozen with my eyes closed and without needing a hand seal.

These were the ones I liked to use the most, all of these were either heavy damage or strategic moves.

I had long moved to practicing in the "Danger Forest" aka the Ground-0, the A level forest zones that had at least more than a dozen A-grade beasts.

Beasts there were more ferocious, vicious and dangerous than anything else, the majority of A rank beasts were leaders of large beast groups that spread accross this forest.

I had to cause quite a rukus in the habitat to draw them out and have a fight with them, but the plot armor inside me due to author-kun was so strong that I hadn't got anything more severe than a bruised shoulder ever.

No one knew why the beasts of the Ground-0 were so aggressive lately except me.

On the physical side of things, I can compare to a peak B-rank beast like young Wildfury bears in just physical strength, putting me somewhere in low to mid Jonin level with my Taijutsu alone.

My body had stopped growing more powerful lately while my height had just increased to a measly 5'3", almost everyone in my class was about this height right now.

I didn't pay mind to it as I knew I would hit my growth spurt soon after stepping into my teenage years.

My physical strength was now bounded by my age right now, as I grow up, it would naturally increase.

My time was going extremely smooth, so smooth that these two years went by like wind, but I knew the coming years won't be so easy, especially if everyone I was supposed to face was some kinds of legendary figures with decades of experience, each having strength greater than the previous one.

Not to mention the final boss of the story, Kaguya, just the sliver of her power was enough to beat the living shit out of every kage living.

Coming back to what I am doing, I was currently standing in the training ground at the academy "Training" with Hinata as my "Opponent"

This was basically our weekly routine of her sparring against me and me giving her some tips.

I suppressed my power level down to that of a peak Genin and sparred against her without the use of Sharringan.

I would purposely take a few hits every now and then to encourage her and would hit her a few times to show that she lost just by a little bit.

This both gave her a reason to be better than before and to care after me and giving me some extra time with her.

"Never look the opponent in the eye, always focus on their whole body, try to read their body rather than their head...." I said as I was standing in the first stance of the uchiha Taijutsu.

Hinata, who was on the ground, got up and ran towards towards me, her eyes squinting hard, the vessels around her eyes quite apparent as chakra flowed into them.

She moved at a fast speed towards me, the tip of her index and middle finger having a wisp of chakra around them.

She tried to hit my belly and throat again but remained unsuccessful as I fastly kicked her in the side of ribs as she tumbled, rolled a couple times on the ground and got up, still looking at me with her eyes.

"Yes, never take your eyes off the enemy, doesn't matter if you are winning or losing, the main focus should be on not letting the enemy escape or waiting for the enemy to get their eyes somewhere else and escaping, Now, let's go again" I said as I moved forward and engaged her in Taijutsu again.

The sounds of punching, blocking and collisions continued as I took many hits from her as well.

I decided it was time now so took a solid kick to my face, twisted up a bit and fell onto the ground dramatically while exaggerating my movements.

"Sasuke Kun!!" Hinata yelled, and because of her voice, it was only as loud as normal talking.

She ran towards me as she turned my body over and helped me get up.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm...." she continued speaking repetitively as her eyes started moistening.

"It's OK, I'm fine, I'm fine...." I said as I activated by sharingan with one tomoe rotating furiously.

She stared at my eyes as she stuttered "Your eyes, they....."

I made the perfect clueless face while making a face of realisation just after.

I made a puddle of water using a basic water jutsu as I acted like I was surprised seeing the Sharringan in my eyes.

"Yeahhhhh!!!!!!" I yelled a little bit loudly as I jumped into her direction and gave her a tight bear hug.

This was all just acting, the real purpose behind this was vastly different.

From what I had seen till now, this was the perfect time to show that my Sharringan had awakened, the graduation to a genin will happen in just a week, so to keep the teaming how I wanted it to be, I needed to show this.

I can feel the basturds that were always trailing me still spying on me. I'm sure Danzo will get the report in an hour, and the whole high command will know this by tomorrow morning.

But this was what I wanted to tell them, since I have shown them I have the talent, the same level of my father, their interference in my life would reduce even more to not catch my ire.

Even though Danzo would have tried everything with the Hokage to recruit me into his Root program, he won't be able to now, since I had shown my worth to the village as the sole person with a very strong Dojutsu.

Hokage and others will try to keep me in the genin teams to reap more benefits.

This was partly a reason too.

The second reason to hug her was that even though she was only a 11 yrs old right now, she looked like your average 14 year old from earth, with a height of 5'1" she looked very cute, and like the God once said, "Thy shall hug the cute one when thy have the chance"

I smiled as I embraced Hinata's body with my arms.

I could feel the side of her cheeks heating up as her face went tomato red and she fainted in my arms.

I supported her body and carried her to the bench as I laid her down on it.

I splattered some droplets of water on her face as I said to her "Wake up, are you OK??"

I held her hand in my hands as I checked her pulse, it was through the roof.

Right in that moment she opened her eyes, saw me holding her hand, and fainted again.

"Damn...I gotta stop doing that"
