Cleaning Up the Mess

Hong Gi glared at his brother while balling his hands into fists. If Luke said one word right now, he would strangle him.

Nothing in the last twenty-four hours had gone to plan. Not Luke showing up. Not rushing Steph. Not making her feel lesser. Now she was gone, and it didn't feel like she was ever coming back. He had waited so long to date her, and now it was ruined before they'd gone on a single date. All he had to remember her by was the kiss when he wanted so much more.

He had no idea how to repair what was broken. What he did know was Luke was leaving. Now. He pulled out his phone and dialed the airport.

"I won't go," Luke said.

Hong Gi continued his call, then booked Luke a ride to the airport.

"I said I won't go."
