first day of school II

Daisy turned to Elise.

" Elise, I have been meaning to talk to you about this for a while now", said Elise.

" Could be...you are seeing a guy and want to abandon your friend for him?", asked Elise jokingly.

" No! Of course not. What I'm trying to talk to you about is about sending the twins to in-person elementary school", said Daisy.

Elise frowned and looked at Daisy, putting down her fork.

" What do you mean?", asked Elise.

" Here is the thing. They have taking online classes since they were born. They don't have any friends. They can't properly communicate with kids their age. Even when we bring them out for play dates, they keep to themselves. So, I thought that it would be best if we bring them to in-person elementary school", Daisy explained.

" What you just said makes sense but you know their situation. I don't feel safe leaving them with a bunch of strangers", said Elise.

" I already found a place. Ridgewood elementary. The teacher there are professional. They have a good security system too", said Daisy.

" It wouldn't hurt to give it a try, I guess", muttered Elise.

" Great", exclaimed Daisy with a smile.

" I'm going back to work. Can you do the dishes tonight? Okay, thank you. Goodnight. Love you", said Elise as she hurried to her room.

" Are you abandoning me here with these dishes?!", yelled Daisy.

" yes!", replied Elise.

" Heartless..", Daisy muttered to herself.

On the other side.

Aaron sat in a resturant booth with a woman with blonde hair. She had on a tight black ankle length sleeveless dress with a slit that went down from her knee to her ankles. Her blonde hair that was curled rested on her shoulders and it partially hid her pearl drop earrings. To match her earrings was a pearl necklace and a pearl braclet. The sound of her heels were the only sound besides the sound of the clutlerry clashing with the dishes.

" Ms. Alyva Meyer, you should know why my family sent you here", said Aaron.

Alyva pretended not to know and stared at Aaron with her clear brown eyes.

" They want me to marry you but let me make it clear to you. I will never and I mean never, get married to you even if my life depended on it", said Aaron before he got up to leave.

" Is it because you can't let go of that woman?", asked Alyva trying hard not to let her tears fall.

Aaron stopped in his tracks.

" That woman you are talking about is the only woman I will ever love", said Aaron without turning around before he continued to walk out of the restaurant.
