"This is definitely just another business relationship," Rosie murmured to herself, staring in her office bathroom mirror. She closed her eyes with a sigh, trying to avoid looking at her sad reflection. Because since that night, two nights ago, Cedric hadn't kissed her again. Because since that night, he hadn't touched her again. Not the way he did before.

Sure, she enjoyed their first date yesterday, which, despite the fact that he didn't kiss her, did feel like a date. And despite her apprehensions, it was soon apparent that Cedric was set to make herself enjoy this outing to the best of his ability. And she did. She enjoyed it so much.

Except for the fact he didn't even kiss her.

Not even a goodnight kiss.

Well, he did hold her hand. And put his arm around her whenever she started to feel scared or whenever there were far more people than she was comfortable with.
