Mya hadn't returned after her visit to the administrator.
And Nin didn't really know what to do.
She couldn't be alone again, could she? She didn't know if she could take all that cold loneliness again now that she had friends. So, she did something she maybe shouldn't have done. She used a wind technique that Gael had taught her. And, since she was still in her second year, doing that was forbidden. She enveloped herself in a warm spring breeze, which was wisping away through the open window. Then, with footsteps nobody could hear, she snuck down the hall. There was nobody on the second floor, but as she reached the ground floor, where the administrator's office was, she saw a few students queue up. One had a key in his hand, but the other two didn't. Of course, they could have had it in their pockets, but still... Nin didn't think that the story she was told was real.
