Second wave
When the moment Kai reached the next area, green creatures surprised him. It was Goblin that usually can be found in the low-level dungeon.

In front of him were the 14 aggressive goblins. Behind them, was the golden-brown surface and several thick posts.
"Goblins?" It was the exact word that came to him after seeing them.
Based on his observation, this type of monster was around level 4 to 5, he can't see any problem with that since his current ability could match them. But the problem here was, their numbers he can't fight them at once.
"If it's the battle is just one versus one, I'm confident that I could beat them..." He said in a worried tone, then started to change his position as the monsters were approaching him.
Furthermore, the word "Parade" bothered him so much as he was thinking that there was a new set of monsters would appear in this area.
The first wave, second wave, and the third wave of monsters were how precisely what the Parade word signified for him. Just like in the other game, a certain player should clear the first wave in the given time, if you don't be added the next monsters for the second wave and the third.
While running on the platform, Kai gradually shook his head, convincing himself that it wouldn't happen. "If there's a really second wave or third wave, this screen should show countdown."

The monsters had green skin tone, bald heads, yellow gleaming eyes, dirty nails, and 95 cm in tall were making sounds that seemed to mock him.

He annoyingly spits the remaining blood out of his mouth, then quickly left his current location as the monsters' knives and arrows were coming at him.
"Shit! Why I'm being clumsy in this type of situation!" Kai said in a serious tone, "I need to calm down and think about the possible way how I can rid them one by one."
Well, he admitted that he was shocked at the first time seeing the huge number Of these goblins. Yet, he realized if he was just running away from them, he was giving them a chance to kill him instantly.

Arrows and knives were penetrated exactly where Kai's located earlier.
"Like the skeletons warriors, those goblins had also a huge precision. I have to be careful..." Kai muttered while seeing the monster who had a masculine body jump over the other monsters in order to reach him.
Bam! Bam! Bam!
By this, some of the monsters lost their footing which made them scrambled on the surface.
His eyes were widened after seeing the opening created by that monster. In his mind, the goblins had the ability to fight mid-range combat wasn't available for a couple of minutes as they weren't giving a chance each other to regain their fighting composure.
"This is the right time."
Instead of avoiding the monsters for a while, Kai decided to take down the solo monster coming at him.
A masculine goblin swung its weapon which was the sharp knuckles directly to the human. Its power created a strong force that stroked back Kai's black hair.

Since the monster used a certain time to release a strong force like this, it decreased its speed enough for Kai to perfectly saw the attack.
He dodged the attack by just simply moving his head to the right side and letting the monster's knuckles pass over his left shoulder. After that, he knew the monster would do a followed-up attack in this closer distance, so he immediately stepped forward his left foot then cut the monster's right arm.

Green blood splashes in the air along with the monster's arm that was slowly falling to the dried ground.
Argh!
Goblin was groaning in pain after receiving human damage from Kai. Yet, we were talking about the monster, its instinct would attack no matter how severe the injury.
It pushed itself with its remaining hand, planning to use the sharpness of its knuckle to stab him.

He cut again the monster's arm, "I'm going to end this!" To kill the monster, Kai aimed the rusty sword at its neck.
He could feel the monster's bones while his rusty sword penetrated inside the monster's neck. But because of his training and strength, he was able to cut it.

Goblin's head fell to the ground which made the other goblins pause for a second and looked at it.

Goblins were gritting their teeth, but not because one of them died, it was because this man was a threat to them. Nevertheless, they still launched their knives and arrows while the others charged at him. Remember, the goblins hadn't had any emotion so they would not care if someone died from their race unless they transformed into a hobgoblin.

Some of the arrows and knives on the goblins who were charging. But what do they care about? As the only thing in their minds right now was to kill this human and eat their flesh.
"All of them are stupid... Well, what I would expect from them? They're just goblins."

The sound of two metals colliding with each other and the smell of blood enveloped the entire room.
One hour had passed, the 14 goblins were lying on the surface and bathed to their green blood. Yes, Kai managed to kill all the monsters, in exchange, he drained his stamina. It seemed like his current strength just could only last for an hour.
