Galactus Part 5

We all look at the crater.

Emerging from the crater, Doctor Doom quickly rises into the sky.

Looking at us, he says:

"I guess I underestimated you"

Releasing a large amount of Power Cosmic, he attacked us.

They all dodged his attack as they knew that the Power Cosmic was difficult to block.

I was the only one who was not affected by his attack and increasing the speed of my glider, I quickly approached him.

Doctor Doom continued to focus his attacks on me.

Ironheart and Iron Man turned in opposite directions and unleashed electrical pulses at Doctor Doom.

Doctor Doom created an energy barrier around himself to defend.

But that allowed me to get close and destroy it.

Without his barrier the electrical pulses hit him, disrupting his connection to the board.

At that moment I punched him in the face with my right arm.

With the sound of shattering glass, I managed to separate him from the board and send him crashing to the ground.

Descending a few feet next to the board, I communicate with Natasha who was on the Quinjet.

Just when I was going to tell her to come down close to us, a big shadow covered the sky.

Looking at that, I know we're out of time.

"Nat, bring our silver friend here, it's time for him to help us" I quickly said to Natasha.

"All right" Natasha said seriously.

When they descended, Silver Surfer approaches us saying:

"He is coming, there is not much time left, your planet is fascinating and it has you guys doing everything you can to protect it"

Approaching and climbing on his board, he continues saying:

"That is why I consider that your planet does not deserve to perish, and I will do my best to prevent it"

When he finished speaking, he went to where Galactus was.

Looking how Silver Surfer was going to sacrifice himself for us, I say:

"I guess there is no other option" I said as I rose to the sky using my glider and followed Silver Surfer.

"Good luck and come back safe" Wanda said to me when she saw what I intended to do.

"Aren't you going to stop him?" Tony asked.

"No, Alex has never done anything he wasn't sure he could do" Riri said.

The others are surprised by the trust she has in Alex.

Looking at the direction where that shadow that seems to want to eat the world rises, everyone can only trust Silver Surfer and Alex.

Alex Wayne POV

While chasing after Silver Surfer, I broke out of Earth's atmosphere.

Due to my enhanced body, the environment of space did not affect me.

It could be said that I could even breathe in space, but still a kind of transparent helmet was formed that covered my face.

Increasing the speed of my glider, I caught up with the Silver Surfer.
