A week has passed since the arrival of Susan and Medusa, and there was no movement from Reed Richards or the Genetic Council.

That not only confused Alex, even Susan and Medusa found that very suspicious.

For Alex, that was good news as it meant they wouldn't cause him any trouble.

Medusa also had that mentality, so she could take care of her son with peace of mind.

But Susan was very disappointed in Reed Richards since that man knows where she is but he didn't even come to apologize and try to convince her to come back.

Alex didn't know how to comfort her, he could only trust his wives for that job.

Alex could only shake his head at how carefree Reed could be.

Actually, Alex had called Johnny to tell him about his sister's situation and see if he could talk to Reed.

But what Johnny said to him afterwards left Alex speechless.

It seems that Reed thinks that it is not a good time and will give Susan some space, since he is sure that once she calms down, she will return.

When Alex heard that, he felt like praising Reed for his great trust in Susan.

Of course, that would work if they were just friends, but in a relationship that's stupid, especially with a child involved.

Alex could only shake his head, other people's relationships are complicated and Alex has no reason to get more involved.

He is already happy, after all his wives don't fight and treat each other like true sisters.

He is a winner in life.

If Wanda and the others would listen to his thoughts and look at his life-winning expression.

They would give him looks of contempt, they love him and because he was very indecisive, the girls decided not to fight, but to join together to form a happy family and they had to say they had no regrets.

The only thing that bothers them is that this shameless man brings more women.

They already knew of his meetings with Galacta.

But still, his freewheeling way of being is what attracted them, so they couldn't complain.

Currently Alex, Susan, Crystalia, Jessica, Laura and Magneto had arrived at Jane's lab to see the portal to the Negative Zone.

This day was one of the rare times where Alex's office work was finished early and he could relax, and since he still had time, he decided to inspect the portal to the Negative Zone.

Alex was very curious about this place since he had not visited it in person.

In the movies and comics, Alex had seen that it is a strange space that exists in a plane that is very tied to the Earth.

That place has strange energies that harm people if they are not prepared, as well as being the home of Annihilus.

The only good thing is that this place is big so they didn't necessarily run into him.

But when Alex thought that, he realized that he could have raised a flag and he realized that he was stupid.

Jane Foster with the help of Darcy and Riri had programmed Jane's Einstein-Rosen machine to open a portal to the Negative Zone.

On top of that, they had to upgrade the machine since, with the data Riri gave her about Earth-616, Jane expanded her machine to travel the multiverse as well.

"Well, that's it, is everyone ready?" Jane said after putting the finishing touches on it.

Alex snaps out of his thoughts and looks at the machine.

Everyone present nods their heads.

Without further delay, Jane activates the Einstein-Rosen machine and a portal appears in front of them.

Through the portal a desolate land can be seen but Alex could see traces of energy in the air.

The environment is very hostile, but Jane was already prepared.

"Put on your suits" Jane said as she touched her bracelet, which changed into a suit that covered her body.

Magneto, Riri, Darcy, Laura, Crystalia and Jessica do the same.

Those nanotech suits were made by Riri and given to all of Genosha's higher-ups.

After all, for situations like that they are very useful.

Alex and Susan are the only ones not wearing suits as they would stay and watch the operation.

Susan looks at Alex from time to time in a strange way since, reviewing the data of the Einstein-Rosen machine towards Negative Zone, she found many similarities with those of Reed Richards.

"Don't worry, I didn't steal it from your Reed Richards, I got it from somewhere else" Alex said when he felt Susan's gaze.

Susan nods since there was no need for Alex to trick her.

"Where did you get it from? It looks a lot like Reed's algorithm" Susan asked as she was curious.

"Well, when I went on vacation to the other Earth, I stole it from that Earth's Reed Richards, don't worry, he didn't notice" Alex answered calmly.

Susan was speechless and rolled her eyes at Alex's shamelessness.

But she didn't say anything, after all that was the other Susan Storm's problem.

She believed him since she had seen the videos they recorded when Alex's group was on Earth-616.

That video also surprised her.

While they were at it, the group led by Jane entered the Negative Zone.

Once inside, Riri, Darcy, and Jane began recording the energy levels in the place.

They also performed digital mapping and analyzed soil compounds.

"This place is amazing, there are traces of gold, vibranium and other metals in this place. If we check the underground, I'm sure we'll get rich, so we can look down on others and slap those upstarts with a gold bar" Darcy said as she moved her left hand as if she was trying to slap someone.

Jane Foster rolled her eyes at Darcy's words but didn't say much.

Although Genosha makes money from the resources produced by the country, such as medicines, minerals, and scientific inventions, that money is used to obtain products and resources needed to continue the way of life in Genosha.

And while Genosha's products are in high demand, they won't always last and to improve that requires more resources.

So with that mindset they continued to do their job.
