Writing The Eulogy

She left her number and I was very tempted to call her and congratulate her on running away before it was too late but I did not. I just sighed in relief. I was very happy for her.

Nate's room had a lot of memories in it. I remember running to him every night there was a thunderstorm. He always cuddled me and sang me to sleep.

I truly missed Nate. The Nate I knew when I was ten.

The Nate that was in prison was certainly not my brother, that was an insane person posing to be him.

I picked up the donut and left the room. I heard Mauve saying something to Alicia but I could not make it out so I went to the living room.

'Mauve and I are just going to step out for a while, do you want to join us?' Alicia asked.

I wanted to, but I turned the offer down. I wanted to gather my thoughts and write an eulogy for Lily.

I had five days to do it but I knew it was going to be extremely hard to turn my emotions and feelings to words.
