It was supposed to be a simple, innocent hug of a boy offering comfort to his distressed best friend. It must have been a mistake, I said to myself, but then he did it again, and again– his hot breaths fanning against my sensitive scent gland along with each firmer drags of his nose.

Burning Heat

<p>          Walking through the almost empty steeet was calming in a way, the only thing I didn't like about it was that I was left to my own thoughts, whereas thoughts of Ash kept constantly coming to the front of my mind over and over again. Other than that, the rest of the walk felt really pleasant, with the way the cool evening breeze was making me feel even more soothed.</p>
